When floors are subjected to harsh chemicals like acids,            caustics, oils, solvents etc. and regular epoxy coatings may not be suitable, EMP Inc installs a series of our highly chemical resistant hybrid protective coatings for floors and secondary containment and splash zone areas(for eg: moats and berms).    Floor repairs are conducted prior to installation process using a variety of crack fillers, polymer patching compounds and sealants. These repair products are also highly resistant to chemicals providing full chemical resistance and containment.

CORRTEX Basecoat :  B101-US  
 Self priming base coat with aggregate & choice of several colors

CORRTEX Top Coats #:  T3401UT (where subjected to shock)
                                          BN7007 (where subjected to aggressive chemical attack)

Top coats for this system range from high wear, high solids, gloss & high gloss  for color stability and protection.  Low odor & quick cures available. Available in clear and pigmented.
