ALUSTIK/ALUREP (Aluminum Coated Roof Roll) is a heavy duty, high strength, self stick, aluminum coated weather and waterproofing roll. It bonds to most surfaces, providing tough, durable, puncture proof, flexible water seal. Alustik provides an excellent water-catchment surface requiring no coating against sunlight exposure. The top aluminum foil reflects sun light heat, maintaining low, roof and product temperature. Alustik is compromised of multiple layers of a high density, rubberized asphalt waterproofing compound with a top layer of aluminum foil. Easy to use, just peel and stick. ALUSTIK PRIMER is a high quality primer used in conjunction with ALUSTIK rolls. This is only used when the existing roof is not clean or in good condition. It bonds dirt, dust and soil ready for the application of Alustik rolls.

QUALITY ROOFING CEMENTS & COATINGS

FLEXANE 2000SG (Summer grade) is a high quality, smooth/heavy trowel consistency, water and weather resistant, durable summer flashing cement. Formulated with a special blend of asphalts, non-absestos mineral fibers and modified solvents. Flexane 2000 dries to a tough flexible waterproof and corrosion proof coating. Use for patching, repair leaky roofs, seal cracks, blisters and breaks, general flashing on concrete, metal or asphalt roofs. Use as flashings on chimneys, parapets, flues, down spouts, walls, etc. This product is also used as a joint filler and crack sealer in concrete slabs and floors. Flexane 2000 is available in 5 gallon pails.

FLEXANE 2000WG (Winter Grade) is a high quality, smooth/heavy trowel consistency, water and weather resistant, durable winter flashing cement. This winter formula is non-hardening thus maintains a smooth trowelable consistency even in sub freezing weather. Formulated with a special blend of asphalts, non-asbestos mineral fibers and modified solvents. Flexane 2000 dries to a tough, flexible, waterproof and corrosion proof coating 2000 (Summer Grade). Flexane 2000 WG is available in 5 gallon pails.

DOUBLE FLO has been formulated as a double coverage flashing cement. Manufactured with a special blend of mineral fibers, asphalt carriers and quality solvents, Double Flo is then passed through a high speed mixer and strained thus providing a higher flow rate, a smooth consistency and a higher product coverage rate. Can be used as a blind nail cement, slan insulation, flashing, rolled roofing adhesive, lap cement, etc. available in 5 gallon pails.

AMPHI-SEAL is a unique product designed to be used as a wet or dry roofing cement. Excellent for repairing leaks, flashing on walls, chimneys and all roof related repairs. Can be used in rainy weather with ease. Available in 5 gallon pails.

TAR ROOF is a high quality, specially blended, roofing cement for coal tar roofs. Asbestos free and tar based with excellent water displacement properties. It is ideal for emergency roof repairs since it can actually be applied to wet surfaces and even underwater. Tar Roof is prepared to a heavy consistency and can be applied with a trowel, knife or spatula.

FIRMFLOW is a rapid curing, non sag, smooth trowelable consistency flashing cement. Manufactured by speed mixing and fine straining, this product can be used for all vertical applications-e.g., lining gutter walls, vertical and horizontal flashing on parapets or walls, damproofing exterior masonry, cements or brick walls. FirmaFlow dries to a hard finish. Available in 5 gallons.

ALUMNA COAT B.U.R. is a heavy duty, aluminum based roof coating designed to be applied right after the initial cure of 24 hours to a hot asphalt built-up roof. (B.U.R). This product gives an advantage of aluminizing versus the open time required on conventional aluminum roof coatings of 3 months. This product may be applied over damp surfaces. alumna Coat B.U.R. dries within 2 hours. FLEXI KOTE is a tough, flexible, heavy paint consistency, non-fiberated roof coating. This product provides excellent weather and waterproof protection. Excellent for roof renewals and general protection.

SMOOTH KOTE is a non-fiberated roof coating specially designed to be used with all types of smooth surface asphalt roofs. Smooth Kote is made up of a heavy paint consistency and is designed to be applied by a wide fiber roof brush. This product is highly resistant to the high summer temperatures, weather and corrosion.

FIBER SHIELD is a state of the art, fiber reinforced coating formulated with a selected blend of mineral spirits, asphalt fibers, modified flexi-clay in high strength carriers. This product can be applied to smooth surface and metal roofs. Dries to a tough, flexible water and weather shield. Excellent to renew, repair alligatoring and general reinforcement application on roofs. Available in 5 gallon pails.

RUBBER KOTE is a single component, SBS rubber enforced asphalt coating. This easy to apply product forms a tough, flexible, elastic, waterproof shield. With excellent adhesion to weathered asphalt and coal tar, sprayed urethane form, concrete, masonry and metal. Rubber Kote can be applied to thick nesses of up to ¼ inch. This product may also be used in countries where roofs are used as rain water containments. Excellent for generalized waterproofing. Available in 5 gallon pails and Brush Grade (Rubber Kote BR), Spray Grade (Rubber Kote SG), Trowel Grade(Rubber Kote TG) and Gun Grade (Rubber Kote GG).

PERMA STIK BG is an easy to apply, tough, flexible, cold-applied, SBS polymer modified, brush grade asphalt adhesive. Perma Stik is water, weather and UV resistant. Use to adhere SBS modified bitumen membranes, base and ply sheets, fully granulated cap sheets, etc. excellent as a general adhesive. Available in 5 gal pails.

ELASTOBOND is a one component, acrylic elastomieric, emulsion based roof coating. Excellent as a high strength, sun-reflective, waterproof coating. ElastoBond has excellent resistance to mildew, UV light and has superior color retention. With 6 decorative colors to choose from, it can applied to all types of roofs or surfaces including weathered BUR asphalt, felts, membranes, metal, concrete, clay, tile, etc. Use with ElastoPrime for best drums.

METAL & CONCRETE ROOFING SYSTEMS

ELASTOFLEX (2 coat system) is a high quality, acrylic emulsion coating designed with elastomeric properties. Especially designed for all types of metal roofs and other metal substrates. This product is tough, flexible, water/weather resistant, non-flammable, odor-less, has high color stability, mildew resistant and is designed as a quick dry formula. Field tested, this product has excellent low terperature properties. ElastoFlex has excellent adhesion and forms a tough, yet flexible watertight and sun-light relefective seal to provide years of protection. Use with ElastoPrime. ElastoFlex consists of a base coat and a top coat. Available in 5 gallon pails.

ELASTOSEAM is one component, waterbased, elastomer-acrylic sealant. Primarly used as a sealant to waterproof all seams, bolt heads, nuts, protrusions, hairline cracks, holes, etc., in metal roofs or metal substrates. For best results use recommended for use on asphalt surfaces. Available in 5 gallon pails.

ELASTOPRIME is a one part solvent based, fast drying, clear primer that provides excellent adhesion for all ElastoBond, ElastoFlex, Rubber Coat, ElastoAlum and FlexGrey Coatings. This product is a must for superior adhesion when dealing with substrates like metal, glass, wood, concrete, galvanized aluminum and modified bitumen membranes. Available in 5 gallon pails.

FLEX GREY is a state of the art, superior elastomeric roofing system. Easy to use and flexible, elastic, water/weather/UV light resistant coating. It has excellent color retention properties. Can be applied to metal, concrete, glass, tile, stone, urethane forms, stucco, brick and most plastics. Use with ElastoPrime for best results. 5 standard colors. Available in 5 gallon pails.
