METAL REPAIR SYSTEMS

INDUSTRIAL METAL (STEELOID) is a two part, steel rich repair epoxy. A solvent free and chemically inert compound ideal for repairing, filling or building up all metallic surfaces. It can be drilled, tapped or filed. Seal cracked castings, pipes, tanks, vessels and valves. Make metal dies, resurface worn air seals and fill cavitated areas

SUPERGRADE METAL  is a two part, ferro silicone epoxy repair system. With a compressive strength exceeding 17,500 psi, it can be used to repair scored hydraulic rams shafts, refit keyways, reseat bearing housings, rebuild aramature castings, repairs threaded parts, restore tube sheets, repair engine blocks, impellers, valves and pump repair.

METAL STICK is specially developed as a quick repair epoxy system and manufactured in an easy to use stick form. Steel filled for tough maintenance repairs. This product also cures underwater and adheres to most damp surfaces. Seal non-potble water and chemical tanks, stop leaks in pipes, fill oversized bolt holes, smooth welds, repair holes in elbows, cracks and castings, holes in gas and fuel tanks.

COPPER STICK is a copper colored, two component epoxy repair system in a stick from. Repairs plumbing leaks in 15 minutes, bonds to damp and slow leaking surfaces. Seals leaks in pipes, elbows, joints, sleeves, traps and drains. Repair pin hole leaks, freeze breaks and water lines.

ALUMNA STICK is an aluminum colored, two component epoxy repair system in an easy to use stick from. Intended for all general repairs and rebuilding of aluminum parts.

WOOD STICK is a wood colored, two component epoxy repair system in an easy to use stick form. Fill nail holes, stripped screw holes. Repair furniture, moldings, knobs, carvings and frames. Can be drilled, sanded, sawed, painted and stained.

FAST SET INDUSTRIAL METAL a fast version of Industrial Metal. Functional cure in 20 minutes. Recommended for emergency repairs.

LIQUID METAL a pourable version of Industrial Metal, this steel filled, self leveling epoxy is recommended for casting into hard to reach areas, anchoring and leveling, and forming molds and fixtures.

ALUMINUM PUTTY a two part aluminum filled epoxy that rebuilds and repairs aluminum equipment. Non-rusting finish.

STAINLESS STEEL PUTTY a two component, stainless steel-filled putty for repairing stainless steel parts. Non-rusting with superior corrosion and abrasion resistance.

BRONZE PUTTY a two component bronze filled epoxy that gives the appearance of bronze when fully cured. Repair worn or damaged bronze parts.

SEALRITE (AQUA SEAL) a two component epoxy putty for use on wet and underwater surfaces. Adheres to almost all metals and plastics. Excellent for use on PVC pipes.

MAGIC WRAP is a urethane and polymer impregnated fiber glass tape. No mixing or tools required. Just dip in water for 10 seconds and Magic Wrap is ready to use. Seal cracked castings, tanks, vessels, valves, pipes, elbows and joints. Excellent for PVC pipes. 4,600 psi tensile strength.

NO WEAR EPOXY 1000 is a two part epoxy containing small ceramic beads and fibers. Designed to combat fine particle abrasion. Provides protective lining in pneumatic conveying systems. Repair and provide abrasion resistance in elbows, slurry pumps, hoppers and cyclones. Also available in a high temperature version.

NO WEAR EPOXY 2000 is the same as No Wear Epoxy 1000 but primarily used for large particle abrasion. This two component epoxy system contains large ceramic beads and silicone carbide particles.

CERAMIC BRUSHABLE is a two component, ceramic filled, smooth, high gloss, low friction consistency epoxy repair system, used as a coating to protect against turbulance, abrasion and cavitation. State of the Art formulation, Ceramic Brushable gives excellent corrosion and wear to protect pump housings, fan housings, chutes, elbows and pumps.

OIL-STOP is a unique invention designed to seal active low pressure oil leaks. Oil Stop is a biodegradable, safe to use oil leak repair product. East to use – just clip of the amount desired, and apply firmly to stop the oil leak. Follow with Industrial Metal or Metal Stick as a reinforcement. Use on tanks, pipes etc. product is packaged in a easy to use kit form.

HIGH TEMP. METAL REPAIRS

INDUSTRIAL METAL HTP is another unique invention from the E.M.P Steeloid family tree. INDUSTRIAL METAL HTP is a two component, steel rich repair putty that can withstand temperatures upto 320F (160 C). This product requires a heat curing procedure. Heat cure 1-12 hours at 176F to 320F. It can be used for high temperature applications on pipes, vessels and valves, ovens, resurface worn air seals, etc.

INDUSTRIAL METAL HTL is a porable version of INDUSTRIAL METAL HTP. This two component liquid epoxy contains finely grated steel and other unique ferrous additives. Withstanding temperatures of up to 320F (160 C), this product requires a heat curing procedure. Excellent for tooling, casting into hard to reach areas, anchoring, oven applications, forming molds and fixtures.

SUPERGRADE METAL HTP is used when temperatures range up to 320F (160 C). This easy to use formulation yields high satisfactory results. This product requires a heat curing procedure. Primarly used for rebuilding and renewing worn and old parts in pumps, shafts, bearings, tube sheets, ovens, impellers, valves, etc.

SUPERGRADE METAL HTL is a porable version of SUPERGRADE METAL HTP, used when a porable consistency up to 320F is necessary. Heat curing necessary. Primarly used for rebuilding and renewing worn and old parts in pumps, shafts, ovens, bearings, tube sheets, impellers, valves, etc.

THERMO PUTTY AL is part of our Inorganic High Temperature Puttys. This 2 component putty can withstand maximum temperatures of 2500F and intermittent temperatures of 3200F. Heat curing of 225F for three hours is required. White colored and ceramic filled, Thermo Putty AL could be used for sealing and patching refractories, walls and ceramic molds, high temperature thread locking, bond coat of wrap around insulation and repair exhaust manifolds.

THERMO PUTTY SS this 1 component putty can withstand maximum temperatures of 2400F and intermittent temperatures of 2700F. Heat curing of 225F for three hours is required. Gray colored and stainless steel filled, Thermo Putty SS could be used for sealing and patching refractories, walls and doors, furnance hatches, repairing blow holes, etc.

THERMO PUTTY ALU this 1 component putty can withstand maximum temperatures of 1100F and intermittent temperatures of 1400F. Heat curing of 225F for three hours is required. Bright aluminum colored and aluminum filled, this product could be used for sealing and patching refractories, walls and doors, furnace hatches, reparing blow holes etc.

THERMO PUTTY CO this 2 component putty can withstand maximum temperatures of 1800F and intermittent temperatures of 1900F. Heat curing. Copper colored and copper filled, this product could be used for all applications of Thermo Putty AL.

RUBBER REPAIR SYSTEMS

CONFLEX 80 PUTTY E.M.P. Confles 80 is a two part epoxy system that has properties of rubber and urethane in a trowelable repair compound. It cures to a hard rubber like composition. It is ideal for repairing metal and rubber parts. It has excellent corrosion wear and impact resistance. Use E.M.P. Conflex 80 Primer for best results. Repair and protect metal parts, pump liners, pulleys, conveyer belts, sheeting and couplings.

CONFLEX BRUSHABLE forms abrasion and impact resistance linings, simply by brushing this state of the art rubber epoxy coating. Primarily used for protecting feeder bowls, chutes and pump impellers.

CONFLEX ACCELERATOR speeds the cure of Conflex Putty and Liquid. Brings equipment down time to a minimum.

CONFLEX LIQUID this product is the same as Conflex Putty but is available in a liquid from. Conflex Liquid can be used for casting molds, non-scratching holding fixtures and filling in expansion joints. This product is excellent for coating impellers, feeder bowls and coating conveyer belt clips to prevent abrasion.

CONFLEX RUBBER PRIMER is used in conjunction with Conflex Putty or Liquid. This product promotes adhesion to rubber and flexible parts.

CONFLEX METAL PRIMER is used in conjunction with Conflex Putty or Liquid. This product promotes adhesion to metal parts.

CONFLEX ETCHING AGENT is specifically designed to be used as a pre-primer application for etching rubber parts. Conflex Etching Agent enhances bonds to rubber.

MOLDMAKING/CASTING PDTS.

FLEXI-MOLD 100 a two component, flexible polyurethane paste, for architectural and art restoration. Brush it on, build it up. Flexi-mold can be applied to vertical and overhead surfaces to make molds of architectural elements that cannot be removed from the structure. Molds are ready to be used in less than a day.

FLEXI-MOLD 200  is similar to Flexi-mold 100 but this product can be poured onto the model which is positioned at the bottom of a container, completely covering the model with the compound. Recommended for one part molds with deep undercuts and two part molds.

FERRO-MOLD a machinable compound for rigid poured molds. Also used for Engraving, reproduction molds, vacuum from molds, prototypes and cure boxes.

CASTWOOD POXY is a two component, light weight, exceptionally strong casting compound. Ideal for exterior and interior. The color of Castwood Poxy is light beige. It can be painted, stained and wood grained.

PLASTI-CAST is an excellent gypsum based product ideal for casting. Harder and stronger than ordinary casting plasters. Sets in 25 minutes. It reproduces fine details and gives a hard, chip resistant smooth surface. Not recommended for exterior use.

CLEAR-CAST is a two component, clear epoxy casting material. Its’ low exothermic reaction allows for small as well as large castings. It can be mixed with sand or fillers. For interior and exterior use.

FERRO-CAST is a metal filled casting compound. Impact and abrasion resistant. Can be drilled, tapped and sanded. Exterior and interior use.

FLOOR REPAIR AND RENEWAL

CONCRETE FILLER a state of the art, three component epoxy for flooring, as well as repairing localized damage in concrete and bituminous floors. Repair cracked corners, worn edges, scored surfaces, gouged gangways and step edges. Fill in cracks, holes and pits in concrete, asphalt, wood and metal.

MAKE-A-FLOOR is a unique invention designed to resurface and level uneven or spalled concrete floors. When mixed with water, it transforms into a self-leveling mixture. Easy to use-just mix, pour and spread. No trowelling, sanding or grinding required. Can be applied one inch to feather edge. Excellent for garages, basements and industrial plants.

30 SECOND WATERSEAL is a special blend of cement powders designed to set in 30 seconds under job-site conditions, producing instantaneous accelerating strength needed to stop hydro water flow. Stop running water or seepage through cracks in concrete, sewer pipes, manholes, tanks, elevator pits and all concrete surfaces under hydrostatic water pressure. Freeze/thaw resistant.

QUICK ANCHOR is a Polymer based, fast setting anchoring cement, that sets and expands rapidly, curing twice as strong as concrete in one hour. Designed to set within 15 minutes even in sub-freezing temperatures. Anchor form ties, bolts and dowels. Grout parking meters, traffic signals, signs and pole fences.

DIVERS GROUT is specially formulated for use in underwater grouting or anchoring applications. Its’ primary uses are underwater grouting, pier supports, off-shore rigging, bridge and tunnel supports and all underwater concrete structures.

HIGHFLOW ANCHOR designed for use where high tolerance, high strength and high fluidity are required. Heavy duty grouting for machinery and equipment, bearing plates, bridge seats, crane rails, structural columns and anchorages.

FERRO-GROUT  specifically designed for use where high tolerance, high strength and high fluidity are required. Ferro-grout is formulated with metallic additives. Identical grouting material as Highflow Anchor but with metallic additives.

EPOXY TIGHT 2000(EPOXY GROUT) has been specially formulated to provide maximum strength for grouting machines and equipment bases. Epoxy Tight 2000 has a blend of additives which combat chemical corrosion. Flexible enough to withstand flexural movement in machines and equipment. Excellent for pumps, compressors and fans (SD& FD). Deep fill machine bases, grout crane rails, anchor large bolts and keyways.

EPOXY TIGHT 7000 (EPOXY GROUT) is a state of the art Epoxy Grouting compound. Low shrinkage and excellent flow. High solid content provides a tough, durable and chemical resistant grouting. Mainly used in Turbines, compressors or stamping machines. Also used for Industrial applications requiring the highest strength and maximum bonding to foundation.

FLEX SEAL is a liquid latex based product that is used as a crack filler/sealer. This product cures to a rubber like composition which allows for expansion and contraction in small cracks. Excellent for residential and commercial applications, parking garages and parking areas, interior and exterior. Can be applied on vertical or horizontal surfaces.

JOINT GUARD 100 is a two component epoxy system used for filling control and construction joints in industrial concrete floors. This product supports the joint edges and thus prevents spalling due to wheel traffic or abrasion. Interior use.

JOINT GUARD 200 is a 2 component urethane sealant for sealing and protecting concrete joints – Interior or Exterior.

JOINT GUARD 300 a 2 component urethane joint sealant resistant to jet fuel. Used on roadways, airport runways, taxi ways and parking garages. Exterior or Interior

POLY STIK is a one component, polyvinyl, acetate based resin for permanently bonding stucco, plaster and concrete to damp or dry concrete and masonry surfaces. The bonding strength exceeds 500 psi and has a temperature usage of –35F to 280F with no bonding agent in the repair of ceiling and wall structures and may be used to bond new concrete to existing concrete. Interior and exterior dry applications. This product is not intended for use where the existing concrete is subjected to constant wet conditions.

FERRO PATCH is a specially formulated, three component epoxy used where high strength and high impact resistance is needed. The Ferro Patch kit consists of iron and carbide powder. Used for floor joint repairs, floor overlayments, floor areas subjected to cutting from steel flanges, warehouses, forklift areas, patching metal floors, etc.

TROWEL GUARD is a trowel applied, two part mortar system, designed to repair and resurface all types of concrete and tile floors. Trowel Guard is a chemical and an abrasive resistance epoxy mortar. A top coat E.M.P. Chemithane Epoxy applied over Trowel Guard can give superior chemical resistance up to 98% sulfuric acid. Excellent for docks, ramps, walkways, breezeways, industrial plants, warehouses, machine shops, battery rooms, acid motes, etc.

FREEZE PATCH 100 is a three component, epoxy based repair system used for overlayments and all general repairs to concrete surfaces in a low temperature environment from 26F to 40F. excellent for use in cold storage facilities, freezer room floors, cold weather concrete renewal and repairs. Five colors available

FREEZE PATCH 200 is an identical product to Freeze Patch 100 but it can be used in operating temperatures of 0F to 25F.

POINTERS PATCH is a cementitious based, non-metallic, waterproof, non-staining, pointing mortar patch. It’s packed in dry powder form, for repointing joints and all types of masonry, brick, stone, tile, terracotta and limestone. Pointers Patch is a no-shrink, high strength mortar. Easy to use, just add water.

ROAD PATCH 2000 is a highly effective concrete patch, that sets strong enough to support normal traffic in less than an hour. This minimizes traffic congestion. Road Patch 2000 expands as it sets. This expansions allows for a tight waterproof seal. Repair damaged areas on highways, roads and bridges. Repair parking lots and all concrete surfaces. Just add water, mix and apply.

ROAD FREEZE PATCH (RFP) is a rapid setting, cementitious patching mortar for patching, repairing, renewal of concrete and masonry surfaces. RFP is freeze/thaw resistant, thus it can be used in freezing conditions. Simply add water, mix and apply. Repair damaged areas on highways, roads, bridge decks, ramps, floors, etc.

HI-PRO PATCH 100 is a polymer and a microsilica modified, one component, high strength concrete repair compound. Primarily suited for partial and full debth applications on horizontal and ramp surfaces as well as formed vertical surfaces. Hi-Pro Patch has high compressive, flexural and tensile strengths for long lasting repairs. Excellent freeze/thaw cycle and sulfate abrasion resistant. Excellent for parking decks, bridge structures, pier and dock supports, dams, sewage plants, etc.

DURACRETE 7000 is a two component, polymer modified cementitious mortar. Duracrete 7000 can be laid in thicknesses ½” to 2”. Excellent freeze/thaw cycle. Repair holes, cracks, gouges and spalls in concrete, parking decks, docks, curbs and gutters, pavements, floors, ramps, etc.

DURACRETE 2000 is identical to Duracrete 7000 but can only be laid in thicknesses of 1/6” to ½”.

MULTI-COLORED DECORATIVE QUARTZ  EPOXY FLOOR COATINGS

DECORPOXY BM 1000 uses the state of the art, no odor, 100% solids epoxy bottom and top coat systems. Over hundreds of color variations, DECORPOXY BM 1000 uses a special blend of finely graded colored quarts to produce a tough, easy cleaning, skid resistant, decorative, seamless coating. Can be applied to concrete, quarry, tiles, steel, etc. This product may be top coated with Chemithane Epoxy for superior chemical resistance. Excellent for all types of industrial applications – warehouses, showrooms, refineries, machine shops, docks, beverage plants, electric and gas facilities, etc.

DECORPOXY TM 2000 is a high quality, heavy duty, decorative, no odor, clear 100% solids, trowel applied epoxy flooring system. TM 2000 contains a special blend of colored quartz and quartz powder to produce a seamless durable floor coating. Generally applied from 1/8” to 2”, TM2000 can be used to level old uneven floors and protect and beautify new floors. With high abrasive and chemical resistance, this product can be used on all types of industrial applications. This product may be top coated with Chemithane Epoxy for superior chemical resistance. Excellent for all types of industrial applications – warehouses, showrooms, refineries, machine shops, docks, meat & beverage plants, electric facilities, etc.

DÉCOR-QUARTZ (Aggregate) is manufactured specially for use with all Decorpoxy Coatings. Décor-Quartz is available in base colors of red, green, buff, brown, tan, white, yellow, gray, blue, aqua marine, dark tan, light gray, coral, pink, khaki, jade and royals. Other colors can be manufactured according to specifications. Décor-Quartz are very hard quartz granules combined with excellent chemical resistance to acids, solvents, oils and plant chemicals.

INDUSTRIAL EPOXY FLOOR COATINGS & SEALERS

ELASTOCOAT 9000 EPOXY is a high quality, 2 component, no-odor abrasion and chemical resistant, 100% solids epoxy floor coating that is currently being used as a norm for all types of industrial floors. This highly durable floor coating provides a high gloss, easy to clean flooring system. Easy to use, just mix, pour and spread. This self-leveling, seam-less floor is lightly flexible, making it chip resistant. This flexibility allows for floor movements as well as superb shock resistance. Elastocoat may be used in conjuction with Lava-Grit 200 to produce an anti-slip coating. To produce higher chemical resistance, top coat with Chemithane Epoxy. For use in chemical rooms, battery rooms, power gens, gas facilities, docks, warehouses, meat & beverage factories, hospitals, etc. available in 15 standard colors and packaged in easy to use 3 gallon kits.

LAVA-GRIT 100 is a quartz grit that is either broadcasted or mixed with Elastocoat Epoxy to provide a superior anti-skid coating. Prevents falls and injury. Super shock resistant, Lava-Grit 100 may also be used where there is heavy pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

LAVA-GRIT 200 is a similar quartz to Lava-Grit 100 but is made of smaller sized quartz particles. Identical to Lava-Rock 100 in its usage properties.

CHEMITHANE EPOXY is a high chemical and stain resistant, high gloss, epoxy top coat designed to provide extra chemical protection for laid down epoxy floor coatings.

CHEMICOAT EPOXY is a rapid curing, superior chemical and heat resistant floor coating. Superior chemical resistance up to be used as a top coat or as an anti-skid epoxy system. 15 colors available.

WELD SHOP EPOXY (Flat black) is a high strength, non reflective, flat black epoxy for coating walls and floors in welding shops.

ELASTOCOAT 800 is a versatile 2 component epoxy coating that can be used as a primer, base and top coat. This product may be used with quartz broadcast and aggregate, as an epoxy mortar and as a trowelable self-leveling epoxy flooring.

ELASTOCOAT 1000 CC(Cold cure) is a 2 component, high strength, chemical resistant epoxy coating that can be utilized at cold temperatures. This rapid curing formula may be used as a top coat and base coat, with aggregate as an epoxy mortar or as a trowelable self-leveling epoxy flooring.

ELASTOCOAT 2000 WC (Water Clear) is another high quality, water clear, high abrasive and chemical resistant epoxy coating, formulated to be used as a top coat for all Decorpoxy (quartz) and Elastocoat epoxy coatings. This product may be used in warmer temperatures when requiring a longer pot life.

ELASTOCOAT 3000 DC (Damp Coat) is a 2 component epoxy coating that can be used as a floor primer as well as the base coat. Elastocoat 3000 has been scientifically designed to adhere tenaciously to damp surfaces.

DIAMOND SHIELD is a high strength, 2 part transparent (may be colored) epoxy coating designed especially for sealing new or existing concrete floors. It cures to a super hard, smooth, glossy coating. Diamond Shield is resistant to abrasion, gasoline, oil, and grease. When applied to concrete, this product penetrates deep into the pores to seal and proofing. Excellent coating for dust proofing. Excellent for plant floors, warehouses, machine shops, hangers, chemical rooms, etc.

ELASTCOAT PRIMER is a 2 component, low-odor, non-flammable, clear, water based epoxy primer for use with all Decorpoxy and Elastocoat systems. It penetrates into the concrete giving a “ready to coat” floor with an epoxy of choice.

ELASTOCOAT DAMP PRIMER is a 2 component epoxy designed as a damp primer. This coating has been formulated to bond tenaciously to damp surfaces, ready for a choice of epoxy.

ELASTOCOAT OIL PRIMER  is a 2 component epoxy designed to adhere to oil soaked concrete surfaces. Many industrial facilities have oil soaked floors that cannot accept epoxy coatings due to lack of adhesion. Elastocoat Oil Primer solves this problem. Used as a primer, it penetrates into the concrete giving a “ready to coat” floor with an epoxy of choice.

CORROPOXY is a 2 component, non-ambering, polyester based epoxy formulated with a urethane based carrier. Easy to mix, UV resistant, fast curing, chemical and stain resistant, Corropoxy is usually applied as a final top coat to all E.M.P. epoxy flooring systems. May also be used as a chemical resistant, non-dusting epoxy for concrete and wood floors.

POLYSHIELD 2600 is a one component, cost effective, moisture curing, aromatic, polyurethane modified coating. 2600 is recommended where a tough urethane based coating is a necessity. Use as a top coat for all E.M.P. epoxy coatings, a general concrete and wood sealer. Not recommended for exterior use or where UV light comes in contact with this product.

POLYSHEILD 2700 is a one component, moisture curing, UV resistant, alpphatic polyurethane modified coating. 2600 is recommended where a tough urethane based coating is a necessity. Use as a top coat for all E.M.P. epoxy coatings, a general concrete and wood sealer.

HI-PROTHANE EPOXY is a 2 component, high performance, chemical, abrasion, stain and UV resistant, clear epoxy coating. It has been scientifically designed as an exterior epoxy. Designed to retain its gloss longer than aliphatic urethanes and other epoxies. Used as a decorative quartz coating.

PAVEMENT REPAIR/RENEWAL

BLACKTOP GUARD is a high quality, economical grade, asphalt based driveway sealer. Excellent for beautifying and protecting blacktop surfaces. Black Top Guard can also be used as a top coat after filling cracks and pot holes. Specially formulated with quality grade asphalt mineral carriers, this product preserves, seals and resaturates old and new blacktop surfaces. It resists salts, oil, sun, rain and gas drippings. It will also fill pores and hairline cracks up to 1/8 of an inch. Contains fine aggregate additives for anti-slip properties. 5 and 55 gallon drums.

GATOR SEAL is a special blend of asphalt emulsion, mineral fibers with plasticizers designed to be used where alligatoring is a problem on all types of asphalt surfaces. Just pour and apply with squeegee – no need to dig out damaged asphalt first. For use in 55F and above. Dries to jet black. Available in 5 gal pails.

SUPER PAVE is a premium pavement sealer with Gilsonite. It contains 50% solids and requires only one cost. This product can be applied in low temperatures of up to 40F and dries in 12 hours. Super Pave is oil based, thus it provides excellent protection from water, sunlight, snow, etc. lasts twice as long as regular pavement sealers. Dries jet black and is available in 5 gallons or 55 gallon drums.

JET SEAL (Super Seal) has been specifically designed to be used in airport runways. With super strength and excellent weather resistance, Jet Seal meets RP355e, MILC 15203C and F.A.A. P625. this product may be used in large industrial and commercial projects for coating large parking lots, parking decks, government institutions, electric and gas facilities. Available in 5 gal/55gal and in bulk.

BACKER ROD has been designed to be used with Crack Fill and Crack Patch, incase the cracks are deep. Save money on product usage by first filling deep holes with Backer Rod first. This product is available in assorted widths. ¼”, 3/8”, ½”, and 1”.

GRAND PRIX SEALER (Fast Track) is a unique asphalt sealer, fortified with mineral fillers and polymer additives to produce a pavement coating with excellent slip resistance and outstanding wearability. Fast Track is an environmentally safe, water based emulsion coating that is designed to greatly increase pavement service life by sealing out the damaging effects of oxidation and moisture penetration. This product has been designed to be tested for Gran Prix toughness and durability. 5 gallons and 55 gallons available.

COLOR SEAL is a unique, colorized asphalt emulsion pavement sealer, that is ideal for beautifying and protecting asphalt pavement surfaces. This product is available in red, green, gray and brown. Used in parking lots, driveways, amusement parks, playgrounds or any asphalt surface where color is required.

CRACK-FILL is an ideal asphalt based crack filler. Fill cracks from 1/8” to ½” wide in asphalt and concrete surfaces. Easy to use, just pour and let dry. May be sealed with a high quality asphalt sealer like Black Top Guard. One gallon jug.

CRACK PATCH is a heavyweight, trowel grade compound, fortified with aggregate and designed for filling blacktop cracks up to 2 inches. Use on asphalt and concrete surfaces. 5 gallon pail available.

POT HOLE PATCH (RRR) is a special blend of asphalt emulsion and aggregate designed to be used as an instant pot hole repair. May be used on wet or damp areas. Fill the pot hole with RRR, tamp damp areas. Shovel and it is ready for traffic immediately. Use to repair streets, floors, docks, sidewalks and walkways. Use on asphalt, concrete, metal and wood surfaces. Available in 5 gal pails.

ASPHALT TAPE Crack repair fabric. Use to repair large or small cracks in asphalt and concrete. Just cut to size and apply. Designed to last for years. Walk or drive on it immediately after installation. For cracks larger than ¾”, use Backer Rod or use Crack Patch followed by Asphalt Tape for added protection. Roll size – 6” or 12” by 9’.

NU-WALL 2000 is a finely grated cemetitious powder containing iron which acts as an oxidizable promoting agent. When Nu-Wall is mixed with water, it causes the iron additive to rust and expand in size. This expansion closes the pores of the cementitious surface to which it is applied and prevents water penetration. Nu-Wall 2000 is used for coating tanks, swimming pools, elevator pits and shafts, floors, basement foundations and all masonry surfaces that require intense protection. Nu-Wall 2000 can withstand hydrostatic water pressure caused by a high water cable.

ASPHACOAT M-100 is a mastic asphalt based, damp proofing compound, to protect concrete structures against water penetration and moisture. Asphacoat M-100 is primarily used for damp proofing above grade applications, such as parapets, copings, retaining walls, exterior roof access, etc.

ASPHACOAT M-200 is a mastic asphalt based, damp proofing compound to protect concrete structures against water penetration and moisture. Asphacoat M-200 is primarily used for damp proofing below grade applications, such as structural walls and exterior basement walls.

WATERTIGHT PRIMER is a one component, bituminous primer coating for all concrete and masonry surfaces above or below grade. Watertight Primer is to be used in conjunction with Watertight 1000, Watertight 2000, Watertight 3000 and Watertight 4000.

WATERTIGHT 1000 is a one component, heavy bodied, bituminous coating, which acts as a permanent water barrier, to water under pressure or surfaces that come in contact with water continuously. Watertight 1000 is used for above grade waterproofing prior to application of plaster, stucco, marble, stone, etc. it can also be used for below grade applications, such as structural walls. Watertight Primer is recommended for better adhesion.

WATERTIGHT 2000 is a one component, brush grade, heavy bodied bituminous coating, which acts as a permanent water barrier to water under pressure or surfaces that come in contact with water continuously. Watertight 2000 is used for below grade waterproofing applications such as coating of copings, silos, retaining walls, foundations, walls, concrete tanks, etc. watertight Primer is recommended for better adhesion.

WATERTIGHT 3000 is a one component, trowel grade, heavy bodied bituminous coating, which acts as a permanent water barrier to water under pressure or surfaces that come in contact with water continuously. Watertight 3000 is used for below grade waterproofing applications such as coating of copings, silos, retaining walls, foundations, walls, concrete tanks, etc. Watertight Primer is recommended for better adhesion.

WATERTIGHT 4000 is a one component, trowel grade, fiber enforced, heavy bodied bituminous coating, which acts as a permanent water barrier to water under pressure or surfaces that come in contact with water continuously. Watertight 4000 is used for below grade, high strength waterproofing applications similar to Watertight 3000.

MASON SEAL is a non-yellowing, one component sealer used for concrete, terrazzo, pre-cast, unglazed brick, clay tiles, and waterproofing membranes resistant to alkaline from fresh cement, acids, salts and stains. Due to its acrylic polymer formulation, Mason Seal forms a tenacious bond to concrete and thus acts as a good corrosion barrier against weather and harsh environments. Primarily used for exterior use. Mason Seal may be top-coated with regular paints.

MASON SEAL HP is a water based acrylic sealer formulated for use on exterior and interior masonry surfaces, such as clay brick, unglazed brick, mason block, pre-cast forms, stucco, exterior concrete walls etc. Mason Seal HP dries to a clear finish, which acts as a strong water and moisture barrier. This product will not discolor, due to UV light and is VOC compliant. This product is intended to be used with low pressure spraying equipment.

ELASTO-WALL is a rubberized, elastomeric, one component waterproofing compound, primarily used for porous concrete, brick, metal, wood, stone, clay brick, cinder blocks, concrete plinths, concrete pedestals, etc. primarily used for above grade protection. Elasto-Wall is a non-fading, non-yellowing and UV resistant coating. A special blend of fibers has been added to Elasto-Wall, thus producing a strong, durable and watertight protection against heat, cold, snow and rain. This product is non-toxic, easy to use and VOC compliant. Elasto-Wall may be applied in thicknesses of up to 50 mils. It may be brushed, rolled or sprayed. Elasto-Wall Primer is standard colors. Elasto-Wall Primer is recommended for better adhesion.

MASONTEC s a one component, easy to use, UV stable flexible, non-fading, water-based, VOC compliant, waterproofing compound. Formulated with a special blend of acrylic latex, Masontec provides good protection as a weather barrier for concrete, stucco, metal, wood, some plastics, stone, bricks, etc. Use Masontec Primer for better adhesion. Exterior use.

ANTI-ALGAE 100 is a VOC compliant, one part, water based acrylic coating, which has excellent mold, mildew, algae and moss resistance. Anti-Algae 100 has color retention as well as resistance to ultra violet degradation. Available in 48 standard colors, this product is excellent as a weather barrier against wind, rain, sun and snow. Anti-Algae 100 is a breathable coating which can be applied directly to all concrete, masonry and stucco. Available in smooth, fine and corse textures.

ANTI-ALGAE 200 is a VOC compliant, one part, elastomeric, flexible acrylic coating, which has excellent mold, mildew algae and moss resistance. Anti-Algae 200 has color retention as well as resistance to ultra violet degradation. 48 colors. Excellent weather barrier for concrete, masonry and stucco. Available in smooth, fine and corse textures.

SILTEC-H7 is a unique cost effective, VOC compliant, water based formula, containing 7% modified silane, used as a clear, horizontal or vertically applied, penetrating silane sealer for long term protection to masonry, brick, natural stone, pre-cast concrete, driveways, sidewalks, patios and previously painted surfaces from water penetration.

SILTEC-H20 is a unique, cost effective, VOC compliant water based formula, containing 20% modified silane, used as a clear, horizontal or vertically applied, penetrating silane sealer for long term protection to masonry, brick, natural stone, pre-cast concrete, driveways, sidewalks, patios and previously painted surfaces from water penetration.

SILTEC-H40 is a unique, cost effective, VOC compliant, water based formula, containing 40% modified silane, used as a clear, horizontal or vertically applied, penetrating silane sealer for long term protection to masonry, brick, natural stone, pre-cast concrete, driveways, sidewalks, patios and previously painted surfaces from water penetration.

SILTEC-AG is an invisible, water based, anti-graffiti, one component coating, containing a special formulation of silicone polymers. Easy to use and VOC compliant, Siltec-AG protects against all common forms of graffiti, such as spray paints and markers. A high pressure blast of more than 1500 psi is sufficient enough to remove graffiti.

SILTEC-2P has been developed primarily for concrete block, split-faced block, fluted block, light-weight block, cylinder block and all other vertical porous surfaces from long-term weather protection. VOC compliant and water based.

SILTEC-OWR is another unique invention designed as a water based, one component, clear sealer. Siltec-OWR is formulated to repel water and oils form all masonry, brick, stucco and concrete surfaces. OWR does not dry to a clear finish but will maintain the substrates original appearance.

SILTEC-SB20 is a specially formulated, one component, 20% modified silane solvent, based to protect concrete, masonry, brick, stucco and natural stone surfaces form water and chloride ion penetration.

SILTEC-SB40 is a specially formulated, one component, 40% modified silane solvent, based to protect concrete, masonry from water and chloride ion penetration.

SEALRANE is a one component, water based, easy to apply, clear urethane protective coating for horizontal, concrete and masonry surfaces. Sealrane has superb chemical and abrasion resistance thus it forms a strong weather, chemical and stain barrier and it will not discolor when exposed to the environment of UV rays. Excellent resistance to gasoline, motor oil, 6% NaOH and 5% H₂SO₄. Apply using brush or roller.

VERTICAL/OVERHEAD REPAIRS

GALVA COAT is a self curing, inorganic zinc based primer, designed to be used on concrete reinforcing steel. This product protects galvanically and prevents steel from corroding. Especially effective for protection in high chloride environments. Galva Coat may be topcoated with E.M.P. Chemithane Epoxy or one component E.M.P. Steeloid for superior chemical corrosion protection.

INJECT-A-POXY is a two component, moisture insensitive, 100% solids epoxy resin designed for various injection and sealing needs. Inject-a-proxy is a high modulus epoxy, with a super low viscosity formulation, thus making it an excellent crack injection epoxy resin. This product can be used in all vertical and overhead applications. Excellent for thin cracks in parking structures, bridge decks, marine structures, retaining walls, etc.

VERTI-POXY is a three component epoxy based system, designed for vertical and overhead repairs to concrete, metal, wood and some plastics. Specially formulated to produce a “non-sag” formula. Verti-poxy has excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. It can be used to patch or resurface dry or damp surfaces. This is an ideal material for high strength concrete and masonry surfaces. Use on all concrete subjected to chemical attack, sewer manholes, concrete tanks, secondary containment, beams/columns, marine applications and wall repairs.

SHOTGUN 100 is a microsilica modified, one component, cementitious mortar. Formulated for wet or dry mix shotcrete applications requiring only the addition of water. This material is a mixture of specially processed cement, together with carefully dried and grated aggregates. Shotgun 100 should be emptied directly into the hopper of the shotcreting machine. The mixed material can then be sprayed normally in thicknesses of up to 4” in one pass on vertical and overhead surfaces. Designed for exterior and interior use. Excellent for parking decks, bridge decks, pier and dock supports, gunite projects, etc. Freeze/thaw and sulfate resistant.

VERTIPATCH is a polymer modified, cementitious mixture for vertical and overhead concrete and masonry surface repairs. It sets rapidly to allow quick, easy repairs to concrete surfaces, both inside and outside. Vertipatch is a two component mortar designed for trowel applied repairs. Repairs vertical and overhead scaled, spalled and damaged surfaces, resurfaces concrete, repair honeycombed surfaces, etc. Available in a kit form containing surfaces, etc. available in a kit form containing 1 gallon E.M.P. Mason Bond and 40 lbs of Vertipatch.

MIX N’ PATCH is a one part cementitious based vertical and overhead patching and repairing compound. Mix with water and apply. Rapid setting. Repair spalled and damaged surfaces, resurface and patch concrete walls and ceilings, repair honeycomb surfaces on walls, pavements, curbs, manholes, etc.

SLO-PATCH is a one component, polymer modified, cementitious compound for vertical and overhead repairs. This product is primarily used when an extended working time is required. Slo-Patch can be applied up to 4” thick and has an excellent resistance to freeze/thaw cycle. Interior and exterior use, Slo-Patch can be used to repair spalled and damaged surfaces, resurface and patch concrete walls and ceilings, repair honeycomb surfaces on walls, pavements, curbs, manholes, etc. Curing agent is recommended.

SHOTGUN 200 is microsilica modified with glass fibers, for high strength and durable wet or dry shotcrete mortar application. Identical to Shotgun 100 but used where high strength applications are necessary. Shotgun 200 should be emptied directly into the hopper of the shotcreting machine. The mixed material can then be sprayed normally in thicknesses of up to 4” in one pass on vertical and overhead surfaces. Designed for exterior and interior use. DAMP/WET EPOXY COMPOUNDS

TECBOND LO-MOD LV is a 2 component, low modulus (flexible enough so that it adjusts to the stresses of impact and thermal variation), low viscosity, wet/damp 100% solids epoxy based compound. This versatile product can be used as a primer, sealer, bonder, adhesive and repair matrerial. Excellent for bonding old to new concrete, metal, ceramic, wood and most plastics. This LO-MOD LV formulation is highly chemical and abrasive resistant. Aggregate may be added to produce a strong, epoxy patching compound to fill cracks, holes and depressions in concrete.

TECBOND LO-MOD MV is a 2 component, low modulus, medium viscosity, wet/damp 100% solids epoxy based compound. This versatile product can be used as a binder for skid-resistant aggregate and a topping for fabric-reinforced surfacing systems. Excellent as a non-skid applications, concrete bonding agent and general adhesive. This LO-MOD formulation is highly chemical and abrasive resistant. Aggregate may be added to produce a strong epoxy patching material to fill cracks, holes and depressions in concrete.

TECBOND LO-MOD GEL is a 2 component, low modulus, high viscosity gel, wet/damp versatile product can be used as a general adhesive or for all types of vertical and overhead repairs. This LO-MOD GEL formulation is highly chemical and abrasive resistant. Aggregate may be added to produce a strong epoxy patching material to fill cracks, holes and depressions in concrete.

TECBOND PATCH is a 3 component, low modulus, high viscosity el, wet/damp 100% solids epoxy based compound. This versatile product is packed in a kit from (Resin, Hardener and Quartz Aggregate) ready to be used as epoxy patching material for wet or dry applications. It can also be used for vertical and overhead repairs. This PATCH formulation is highly chemical and abrasive resistant. Excellent as patching material to fill cracks, holes and depressions in concrete.

TECBOND HI-MOD LV is a 2 component, high modulus (Hi-Mod compounds possess rigidity necessary for certain applications), wet/damp 100% solids epoxy based compound. This versatile product can be used as a primer, sealer, bonder, adhesive and repair material. Excellent for bonding old to new concrete, metal, ceramic, wood and most plastics. This HI-MOD LV formulation is highly chemical and abrasive resistant. Aggregate may be added to produce a strong, epoxy patching compound to fill cracks, holes and depressions in concrete. Fast set available for cold temps.

TECBOND HI-MOD MV is a 2 component, high modulus (rigid), wet/damp 100% solids epoxy based compound. This versatile product can be used as a sealer, bonder, adhesive and repair material. Excellent for joint repair material, anchoring bolts, posts, dowels, etc. Bond old to new concrete, metal, ceramic, wood and most plastics. This HI-MOD MV formulation is highly chemical and abrasive resistant. Aggregate may be added to produce a strong, epoxy patching compound to fill cracks, holes and depressions in concrete. Fast set available.

TECBOND HI-MOD MV-EXT is a two component, high modulus, medium viscosity, wet/damp, 100% solids epoxy adhesive and binder. This formulation allows for an extended working time thus a longer pot life after which it is mixed. Excellent for bonding new to old concrete, metal, wood, anchoring and grouting with the addition of aggregate into the mixture.

HIGH TEMPERATURE COATINGS

HI-TEMP 100 is a ceramic based, one component, high temperature coating. This unique coating has a maximum temperature limit of 250F with an intermittent temperature limit of 280F. Heat curing procedure is required. With excellent moisture, oxidation, alkaline, thermal shock, acid and solvent resistance, Hi-Temp 100 has a thermal expansion that matches closely to steel. Primary applications include chemical process docks, fume hoods, stacks, vats, racks, electronic enclosures, tank linings, wall casings, etc.

HI-TEMP 101 is a ceramic and magnesium oxide based, two component, high temperature coating. This unique coating has a maximum temperature limit of 2800F with an intermittent temperature limit of 3000F. Heat curing procedure is required. With excellent moisture, oxidation, alkaline, thermal shock, acid and solvent resistance, Hi-Temp 101 has a thermal expansion that matches closely to steel. Primary applications are similar to Hi-Temp 100.

HI-TEMP 102 is a ceramic based, two component, high temperature coating. This unique coating has a maximum temperature limit of 2500F with an intermittent temperature limit of 2800F. Heat curing procedure is required. With excellent moisture, oxidation, alkaline, thermal shock, acid and solvent resistance, Hi-Temp 103 has a thermal expansion that matches closely to steel. Primary applications are similar to Hi-Temp 100.

HI-TEMP 103 is a ceramic and magnesium based, two component high temperature coating. This product is the same as Hi-Temp 101 except that this has high abrasion resistance.

HI-TEMP 104 is a ceramic and magnesium based, two component high temperature coating. This product is the same as Hi-Temp 102 except that this has high abrasion resistance.

INSUL-DIP is applied as a thixotropic coating to insulate high temperature electrical and electronic components, e.g., heating coils or resistor. Insul-Dip can also be used as an end seal for feed-thrus and connectors.

THERMO COAT-BN is a boron Nitride based, high temperature refractory coating for metallurgical processing. It withstands a maximum temperature of 1400C (Vacuum) and 1800C (inert). This coating procedure. Used as a temporary “quick coat” for protection. Lubrication, corrosion resistance for graphite, ceramic, metals, crucibles and fixtures used in reactive metal molding.

THERMO COAT-MD is a Molybdenum Disilicide based, high temperature refractory coating, for metallurgical processing. It withstands a maximum temperature of 1650C. recommended application for elements like Sn, Zn, Ag, Hg, Fe, and Na.

THERMO COAT-TC is a Titanium Carbide based, high temperature refractory coating for metallurgical processing. It withstands a maximum temperature of 900C (Vacuum), 900C(inert) and 2000C(reducing). Recommended application on reactive metals like Zn, Al, and Na.

THERMO COAT-YO is a Yttrium Oxide based, high temperature refractory coating for metallurgical processing. It withstands a maximum temperature of 1550C. recommended application on elements-Cu, steels, Nickles, Cr, Zr, Ti and Zn.

THERMO COAT-ZB is a Ziroconium Diboride based, high temperature refactory coating for metallurgical processing. It withstands a maximum temperature of 1000C(Vacuum), 1600C(inert) and 1800C (reducing). Recommended application on elements-Si, Bi, Cr, Pb, Sn, Cu and Zn.

THERMO COAT-ZO is a Yttrium Oxide based, high temperature refractory coating for metallurgical processing. It withstands a maximum temperature of 1550C. recommended application on elements-Al, Pt, Rh, and most metal elements.

THERMO-TAPE is a high temperature tape used for holding parts together for plastic curing or low temperature brazing, masking surfaces for flame spray work, insulation of RF heating coils, etc. maximum temp. of 500F with flash temperature of 4000F.

ALUSTIK (Aluminum Coated Roof Roll) is a heavy duty, high strength, self stick, aluminum coated weather and waterproofing roll. It bonds to most surfaces, providing tough, durable, puncture proof, flexible water seal. Alustik provides an excellent water-catchment surface requiring no coating against sunlight exposure. The top aluminum foil reflects sun light heat, maintaining low, roof and product temperature. Alustik is compromised of multiple layers of a high density, rubberized asphalt waterproofing compound with a top layer of aluminum foil. Easy to use, just peel and stick. This product may be cut into shape. This product may be cut into shape. Alustik produces a seamless roof covering. Can be used to waterpool entire industrial and commercial flat roofs, patching leaks, metal roofs (corrugated, etc.), mobile roofs, etc. seal coping joints, reline gutters, skylights, fans and inlets – Hundreds of uses. ALUSTIK PRIMER is a high quality primer used in conjunction with ALUSTIK rolls. This is only used when the existing roof is not clean or in good condition. It bonds dirt, dust and soil ready for the application of Alustik rolls.

QUALITY ROOFING CEMENTS & COATINGS

FLEXANE 2000SG (Summer grade) is a high quality, smooth/heavy trowel consistency, water and weather resistant, durable summer flashing cement. Formulated with a special blend of asphalts, non-absestos mineral fibers and modified solvents. Flexane 2000 dries to a tough flexible waterproof and corrosion proof coating. Use for patching, repair leaky roofs, seal cracks, blisters and breaks, general flashing on concrete, metal or asphalt roofs. Use as flashings on chimneys, parapets, flues, down spouts, walls, etc. This product is also used as a joint filler and crack sealer in concrete slabs and floors. Flexane 2000 is available in 5 gallon pails.

FLEXANE 2000WG (Winter Grade) is a high quality, smooth/heavy trowel consistency, water and weather resistant, durable winter flashing cement. This winter formula is non-hardening thus maintains a smooth trowelable consistency even in sub freezing weather. DOUBLE FLO has been formulated as a double coverage flashing cement. Manufactured with a special blend of mineral fibers, asphalt carriers and quality solvents, Double Flo is then passed through a high speed mixer and strained thus providing a higher flow rate, a smooth consistency and a higher product coverage rate. TAR ROOF is a high quality, specially blended, roofing cement for coal tar roofs. Asbestos free and tar based with excellent water displacement properties. METAL & CONCRETE ROOFING SYSTEMS

ELASTOFLEX (2 coat system) is a high quality, acrylic emulsion coating designed with elastomeric properties. Especially designed for all types of metal roofs and other metal substrates. This product is tough, flexible, water/weather resistant, non-flammable, odor-less, has high color stability, mildew resistant and is designed as a quick dry formula. Field tested, this product has excellent low terperature properties. ElastoFlex has excellent adhesion and forms a tough, yet flexible watertight and sun-light relefective seal to provide years of protection. Use with ElastoPrime. ElastoFlex consists of a base coat and a top coat. Available in 5 gallon pails.

ELASTOSEAM is one component, waterbased, elastomer-acrylic sealant. Primarly used as a sealant to waterproof all seams, bolt heads, nuts, protrusions, hairline cracks, holes, etc., in metal roofs or metal substrates. For best results use recommended for use on asphalt surfaces. Available in 5 gallon pails.

ELASTOPRIME is a one part solvent based, fast drying, clear primer that provides excellent adhesion for all ElastoBond, ElastoFlex, Rubber Coat, ElastoAlum and FlexGrey Coatings. This product is a must for superior adhesion when dealing with substrates like metal, glass, wood, concrete, galvanized aluminum and modified bitumen membranes. Available in 5 gallon pails.

FLEX GREY is a state of the art, superior elastomeric roofing system. Easy to use and flexible, elastic, water/weather/UV light resistant coating. It has excellent color retention properties. ELASTO ALUM is a tough/flexible SBS modified asphalt coating with Aluminum pigmentation. Reflective coating designed to be used with modified bitumen membranes.

HIGH PERFORMANCE ADHESIVES

SEAL-TIGHT 5-MINUTE EPOXY is a two part, high strength, fast cure adhesive. Bonds, seals and coats on all metals, ceramic, wood, concrete, brass, tile, etc. Excellent for use on al vertical surface applications. With a tensile strength of 3000 psi and a maximum operating temperature of 160F, this product is conveniently packaged. Static mixers and applicator gun sold separately. Available in 2.5 oz dual syringes. Sets in 5 mins and full cure in 10 mins.

SEAL-TIGHT FG is a part fiberglass impregnated, 2 component polyamide epoxy based adhesive system Seal-Tight is used when tough and reliable repairs are needed to fill gaps, tooling applications, sealing, bonding parts and all general repairs.  Seal-Tight will bond to metal, wood, ceramic, tile and many plastics. SEALANTS AND GASKETING

E.M.P JOINT SEALANT is a self-adhesive, easy to work, 100% PTFE joint sealant tape used for a variety of applications. It comes in a soft, pliable ribbon. Allows the maintenance personnel to make their own gaskets and replaces ready-cut gasket patterns. E.M.P Joint Sealant will operate under temperatures of –450F to 600F and can withstand pressures of up to 3200 psi. Use on concrete lids, container trapments, flanges, heat exchangers, FRP vessels, steam vessel flanges, etc. this product is available in rolls of sizes varying from 3/36” to 1” and respective diameters.

E.M.P GASKET TAPE is a pressure sensitive, chemical and cold flow resistant, easy to use, 100% polytetrafluoroethylene based, gasket making material. Excellent for sealing smooth surface irregularities found on flanges. Use on equipment requiring a thin gasket profile, sheet stock for die-cutting, sight glasses and manhole cover, laminate over metal gaskets, etc.

E.M.P VALVE STEM PACKER is a100% pliable TFE fluorocarbon with excellent resistance to corrosion, vibration and operating temperature of –400 to 500F. its pliability allows this product to conform to worn value stems and stuffing boxes.  This product has also been used as a leveler in many conditions. Withstanding pressures of up to 500 psi, this product can be used on all valve stems, as a packing on some small valves, low speed and pressure pumps.

GASKET OFF is a powerful gasket remover available in 18 oz. aerosols. When sprayed, it quickly and efficiently dissolves gasket cements, baked-on gaskets, carbon deposits, dried oils and greases paint deposits, removes decals, and can be used on wood, metal, stone, glass, brick, plaster, concrete, tiles, etc.

CURE FASTCLEANER/PRIMER is used to speed the cure of anaerobic sealants, activate non-metallic surfaces and clean application surfaces for proper adhesion. Use on plastic, glass, ceramic and metal.

TUF TITE (FLANGE SEALANT) is a high quality paste and anaerobic compound used to form a tough gasket between metal parts. Tough Tite does not cure until metal parts or flanges are compressed. Hardens to a tough rubbery material and can withstand high pressure and temperatures of up to 350F. resistant to most industrial fluids, Tough Tile will not swell, dissolve or break when it comes in contact with chemicals. Another unique feature of Tough Tite is that it does not adhere to or stick flange faces together thus hardened compounds can easily be taken off for re-assembly. Excellent for use as a flange sealant on air compressors, gear boxes and access hole covers.

TEF SEAL is a Teflon based, low strength, anaerobic sealant, excellent for forming instant seals on pipe joints and pneumatic fittings. Tef Seal has outstanding lubricating properties and can be used on all water, steam, fuel, chemical and air lines. Seal threaded fittings in all common piping.

CHOKTITE HYDRAULIC/PNEUMATIC SEAL is a high strength, reliable but removable grade of anaerobic sealant. It has been formulated with synthetic fibers to perform as a high pressure seal on hydraulic/pheumatic lines, hydraulic valves and motors and filteration systems, up to 2” in diameter. Not to be used on PVC or CPVC plastics. This thixotropic formula stays in place even when applied to overhead and vertical surfaces. Choktites’ no odor formula cures faster when applied to stainless steel and plated fittings.

CHOKTITE SEALANT FOR STAINLESS is a fast curing, Teflon base, anaerobic pipe sealant for high pressures for up to 10,000 psi and stainless steel pipe threads, fittings, plated and galvanized joints.

THREAD TIGHT is an all purpose, economical, fast setting, heat and chemical resistant, anaerobic gel that locks and seals threaded joints. Locks nuts, bolts, screws and studs. 300F and 1000 psi. Can also seal pipe threads and flanges over 1000 psi.

GUN GRADES/SEALANTS

E.M.P. RTV SILICONE is a multi purpose, single component, Acetoxy grade adhesive sealant that adheres to most surfaces. It cures in 24 hours to a rubber like composition. It can be used for instant gasketing, sealing, weatherproofing, bonding, insulating, caulking, encapsulating, filling leveling and coating. Shrink, crack, weather, chemical, moisture mildew, sag and shock resistant. E.M.P. RTV can withstand temperatures from –85F to 475F. Available in clear, white, blue, aluminum, black and red.

E.M.P. RTV HIGH TEMP is a one component, gun grade, high temperature silicone. It can be used for instant gasketing, sealing, weatherproofing, bonding, insulating, caulking, encapsulating, filling, leveling and coating. Shrink, crack, weather, chemical, moisture mildew, sag and shock resistant. This product will resist maximum temperatures of up to 500F and intermittent temperatures of up to 600F

E.M.P. RTV NON-CORROSIVE is a high quality, one component, clear RTV Silicone, which has been formulated with special synthetic additives for electrical applications requiring a neutral curing sealant. This RTV is manufactured for applications that require non-corrosive properties in a silicone. Excellent for bonding aluminum, steel, concrete, mortar, plastic, ceramics, etc. Temperature resistant up to 400F with 450F intermittent.

E.M.P. URETHANE SEALANT is a one component, gun-grade, highly chemical resistant, urethane based sealant. This product has fantastic adhesion properties to blast plastics, masonry, concrete, wood, aluminum, copper, brass, etc. It cures to a tough, waterproof, weatherproof and impact resistant rubber like material. This product is recommended for forming expansion joints, installing automobile windshields, installing skylights, sealing gutters, duct work and general waterproofing. Operating temperature is –40F to 180F.

CHEMRANE SEALANT is a heavy duty, one component urethane sealant. This tough gun grade sealant can be used for sealing and waterproofing various roofing applications, e.g. valleys, ridges, penetrations, bonding metal flashings. Aluminum siding, sealing chimneys, coping joints and gutters. Chemrane Sealant bonds tenaciously to a variety  of substrates like wood, glass, concrete, metal, brick and plastic. Operating temperature is –40F to 180F.

CHEMRANE 2-PACK is a two component, gun grade polyurethane sealant. This state of the art product is the best two component urethane sealant available in the market. It has extraordinary adhesion and cohesion, is long lasting, resists deterioration caused by weather, stress, movement, water, oils and many chemicals. This two part sealant bonds without a primer to many materials such as concrete, wood, glass, metal, brick and plastic. Can be used in temperatures from 40F to 150F. Excellent for forming expansion joints, curtain wall construction, panel walls, sealing pre-cast units, permanent window caulking and exterior insulation walls. It can also be used for various roofing applications.

CHEMRANE ELASTOMERIC 2-PACK is a two component, gun grade, synthetic rubber joint sealant, polysulfide epoxy compound. Chemrane Elastomeric has excellent elongation and tensile strength. It has excellent color retention and can be applied to vertical and overhead surfaces. Excellent as a joint sealant, caulk exterior pre-cast panels, curtain and window wall construction joints, foundation, tunnels, anchorages, silos, tanks, reservoirs and pools.

CAULK-ALL is a unique one component, general purpose, gun grade, acrylic caulk. Easy to apply and dries in 30 minutes. May be painted over. Excellent for filling joints between walls, woodwork, baseboards, doorways, window frames, patching wall cracks, bathtubs, vanities, air ducts, etc. Also available in a styrene butadiene rubber SBR based caulking (SUPER CAULK SBR). CLEARTEC 100 is a high quality, flexible crystal clear, chemical and abrasion resistant, acrylic co-polymer coating. When dry, Clear Tec 100 spray forms a water, moisture, gasoline, salt, alkalies, mild acids, and oil proof barrier to most common substrates like wood, metal, paper and cardboard. Protect artwork, electrical wiring insulations, battery terminals, blueprints, photographs, documents and many types of equipment. Dries hard in one hour. Abailable in 12oz. aerosol.

CLEARTEC 200 is a superior, flexible, crystal clear, highly chemical and abrasion resistant, polyurethane based coating. Specifically formulated to act as a barrier from harsh environments, water, acid rain. Protect all exterior and interior metals, wood, concrete, ceramics, stucco, etc. Clear Tec 200 prevents premature deterioration, corrsion, tarnishing and oxidation. Dries hard in one hour. Available in 12oz. aerosol.

GALVA COAT (SPRAY) is an outstanding, highly chemical resistant, 95% zinc aerosol spray. Specifically formulated to bond electrochemically, this product prevents corrosion on bare metal, iron and steel. Designed to be used on fences, corrugated steel roofing, structural steel, storage tanks, rooftop equipment, piping and pipe supports. Galva Coat can be used as a primer and recoated as a topcoat. This product may also be painted over. Gray in color. Operating temperatures of dry heat up to 750F with intermittent of 1000F. Dries in 30 minutes and full cure in 24 hours. BATTERY SEAL is an outstanding, flexible, peel and crackproof battery protection sealant available. Its’ primary job is to prevent corrosion and provide excellent coating to the entire battery connections to prevent buildup. Available in 12oz. aerosols.

BELT DRESSING is a waterproof, high strength belt dressing, containing a special blend of anti-slip agents. Designed for all types of belt drives, E.M.P. Belt Dressing does not contain silicones and sticky oils, thus it will not glaze or cause buildup. Rather, it eliminates downtime and lengthens the lifetime of all belts. FERRO-SEAL (HIGH BUILD) is a flexible, rust and corrosion preventive heavy coating. Provides protection to metal and alloys up to 2 years, even under severe weather and harsh environments. This product leaves a dry, high strength wax-like film. Self repairing when film is broken or scratched. This product is easily removed with a solvent and is non-conductive. INSUL COAT is an excellent chemical resistant, tough flexible coating, formulated to protect and insulate electrical equipment. Forms a tenacious bond to metal and insulating components. Insul Coal has high arc-resistance and dielectric strength of 1700 Volts/Mil. Dries quickly to form a quick glossy film. TUB & TILE COAT lets you make dull old bathtubs, sinks and fixtures look like new. This two component epoxy is easy to apply, brushes on like paint and has a high-gloss porcelain like finish, without brush marks.

E.M.P. UNIVERSAL LUBRICANT is an all purpose lubricant/penetrating oil. Protects parts from rust and corrosion, frees and lubricates frozen parts. This product can be sprayed in any position. For nuts, bolts, auto, truck, boat, engines, tools, etc. available in 12 oz. aerosol and gallons.

E.M.P. PENETRANT 1000 is a heavy duty, industrial strength fast acting penetrant. Quickly penetrates and frees rust, scale and corrosion from nuts, bolts, tools, valves, joints, connects, etc. available in 12 oz. aerosols.

E.M.P. CHAIN & CABLE is another top of the line, molybdenum disuifide composite heavy duty lubricant used for roller chains, hoist, conveyors, wire rope, chain, saws, etc. protect parts from moisture and corrosion. Excellent water displacement action. Available in 12 oz. aerosols.

ANTI-SEIZE LUBRICANTS

COPPER LUBE this formula has a high concentration of copper flakes in conjunction with special synthetic carriers and inhibitors for protecting nuts, slides, lugs, grounding clamps, keys ad keyways, pins, lamp sockets, pipe couplings, steam injection fittings, gaskets, flanges and bolts up to 1800F. Copper Lube protects, lubricates and fights corrosion and at the same time, enhances electrical conductivity. For use with all aluminum and soft metals.

NICKEL LUBE provides excellent chemical resistance and is copper free. This unique formulation makes a high quality, anti-seize lubricant, designed especially for maximum resistance, high corrosion and temperatures of up to 2400F. Nickel Lube is composed of pure colloidal nickel and graphite flakes in a superior suspension, with advanced synthetic petroleum carriers. This product is recommended for chemical, waste water and sewage plants and equipment that requires an inert lubricant.

GRAFCOP LUBE is a copper and graphite compound, designed to lubricate and protect thread connections and flanges at temperatures up to 1800F. It will withstand extreme low pressure resistance. Grafcop Lube is water resistant and prevents seizing and gauling. Excellent corrosion and rust protection.

LUBRITEC 2000 is a top quality, high pressure, aluminum, copper and graphite based, anti-seize lubricant. Lubritec 2000 will protect all equipment up to 200F. Used on all nuts and bolts, dies, chamrollers, motors, gears, shafts, valves, etc.

NON-METALLIC LUBE is a heavy duty, non-metallic anti-seize lubricant. This unique formula contains a special blend of extreme pressure, water resistant, rust and corrosion protective inhibitors. Highly acclaimed in refineries, petro-chemical plants, steel mills, electric power plants, gas plants, etc. For applications on all nuts and bolts, drills, gaskets, joints, sleeves, shafts, unions, keyways and slow moving dies.

MOLY-LUBE (Q-FREE) is an extra tough, heavy duty, anti-seize lubricant, based upon an advanced formulation consisting of graphite and molybdenum disulfide in an anti-corrosion, anti-rust and water resistant carrier. Commonly used in oil refineris, electric powers/gas plants and manufacturing facilities. Moly-Lube prevents seizing, galling and insures minimum torque requirements and lubricates under pressure of up to an amazing 300,000psi. excellent lubricant where copper contamination must be avoided. ALUMNA LUBE is the top of the line, aluminum and graphite based, anti-seize lubricant. It contains no lead or copper. This product depolymerized and dissipates at temperatures of 400F, without leaving any carbon residue, depositing a dry film of aluminum and graphite, to plate and protect temperatures up to 1800F. Use on bolts, ovens, keyways, keys, unions, values, heat trolleys, kilns and any high temperature moving parts or equipments.

TEF LUBE (FOOD GRADE) this Teflon based, non-toxic, lubricant has been developed as a food grade anti-seize lube and can be used in beverage factories, meat and poultry plants candy factories, dairies, etc., incase accidental contact can occur. OPEN GEAR LUBRICANTS

GEAR PRO 300 is a high quality, super adhesive, open gear lubricant. It does not contain any fillers such as textile fibers or asphalt and does not melt. It provides a superior lubricating cushion for precision equipment, resisting “filing-off”, drop or run at high speeds. Gear Pro 300 is self-carrying so it can be quickly applied to one gear tooth and carry itself through the entire gear train. For use on all types of entire gear train. For use on all types of gears, slides, chain drives, winches, etc. Available in cartridge, 1 and 6 gallon pails.

GEAR PRO 400 is a heavy duty, super formula, self carrying, filler free, non-melting open gear lubricant. This formula protects at high loads and severe conditions of contamination exposure. Made with the finest Molybdenum Disulfide carriers, Gear Pro 400 provides maximum anti-wear protection. Specially suited for industrial manufacturing facilities. This product provides protection up to 175,000 psi of protection. Totally water and weatherproof. Pro 400 will not melt in summer heat and won’t turn brittle in wintery conditions. GEAR PRO 500 is another top of the line heavy duty, self carrying, seal-healing, filler free, non melting open gear lubricant with qualities of Gear Pro 400. This has been formulated for low temperature applications. This product duplicates the advantages and benefits of Pro 400 except that it is formulated with a quick evaporating carrier. GEAR PRO 600 is similar to Gear Pro 400 and 500 but contains a higher amount of solvent carriers, making this product porable and pumpable in hard to reach areas. Applied by hand or automatic systems. When first exposed to air, it cures to a semi-solid consistency, leaving a tenacious, long lasting film of protection to all types of gear applications. MULTI-PURPOSE LUBES

MULTI PRO 100 is a smooth, buttery, amber colored, multi-purpose plant lubricant Made form synthesized hydrocarbons with special inorganic thickeners, Multi Pro 100 operates from 0 to 325F, 125,000 psi resistant, non-melting and has a low-coefficient of friction, thus reducing the cost of energy. This formula has been tested to outlast most other greases and does all general maintenance jobs better. Available in cartridges, 1 and 6 gal. pails.

MULTI PRO 200 is a variation of Multi Pro 100, formulated with Molybdenum Sulfide carriers. This product is designed for heavy duty applications. Especially used in environments that have high temperatures or heavy pounding and high temperatures or heavy pounding and high vibration operating equipment. Available in cartridges, 1 and 6 gal. pails.

MULTI PRO 300 is an identical variation of Multi Pro 100 but is white in color for use where clean appearance is needed. Recommended for paper processing plants, textiles, food and beverage industries. Available in cartridges, 1 and 6 gal. pails.

MULTI PRO PP Special conditions may require softer bodied greases than the standard MULTI PRO series. These conditions include high speed bearings, cold temperature environments, centralized and automatic lubricating systems. Multi Pro PP can be used in general purpose applications with a lever type grease gun and is also pumpable through centralized systems designed for grade #1 greases even in cold weather. This product can be used at bearing speeds of up to 5000 rpm.

MULTI PRO 100 is a softer variation of Multi Pro 100 and has been specially formulated to be used with systems designed for NLGI #0 and #00 greases. Excellent for spindles up to 12,000 rpm and high speed precision breakings. Cartridges, 1 and 6 gal pails.

LOW TEMPERATURE GREASES

FREEZETEC 100 is a specially formulated grease where sub-freezing temperatures, may be encountered. This product is a free flowing and anti-corrosion lubricant. This smooth textured grease is excellent for all precision equipment and anti-friction bearings operating at extremely low temperatures. Recommended operating range form –65 to +250F. Available in cartridges, 1 and 6 gal pails.

FREEZETEC 200 is a Molybdenum Disulfide based lubricant specially designed for heavy duty sub-freezing applications. Used with heavy load, high pressure or high vibration equipment. Operating temperature range is –40 to + 350F. Available in cartridges, 1 and 6 gal pails.

LOW TEMPERATURE OILS

FREEZOL 300 is an exceptionally low temperature oil that outlasts and outperforms all other oils in the market. FREEZOL 300 will stiffen, freeze, jell up or break down during sub freezing conditions. Excellent for all types of general lube oil applications on shafts, chain, unions, keyways, slides, etc. excellent as a rust and corrosion protective film. This friction fighting formula can operate up to –75 F. Available in cartridges, 1 and 6 gal. pails.

FREEZOL 400 (Gear Oil) is a specialized, high strength, rust and corrosion protective gear oil. Excellent for proper operation of gear boxes in sub-freezing temperatures. Freezol 400 has been formulated with excellent anti-wear and high pressure operational properties. For use as long term protection for all types of reducers and differentials that normally use SAE 90. Operational temperature as low as –60F.

FREEZOL HF (hydraulic fluid) is the state of the art hydraulic fluid for use in sub-freezing temperature. High viscosity provides easy flow. Use on pumps, cylinders and working parts. Formulated with anti-corrosion and anti-wear properties. Low temps of –60F possible. 1 and 6 gal.

HIGH TEMPERATURE OILS

HEATOL 400 is a molybdenum disulfide based, mid-range, high temperature lubricating oil. Specially designed for chains, slides and bearings. Heatol 400 has excellent anti-rust and corrosion protective properties with an operational temperature of up to 400F. Available in 1 and 6 gal.

HEATOL 401 is identical to Heatol 400 but without Molybdeum Disulfide. Use for all applications like 400 but where Molybdeum Disulfide is objectionable because of staining risk. Also available with a non drip additive as HEATOL 401ND Available in 1 and 6 gal.

HEATOL 600 is a clear, non-carbonizing, non-residue producing, synthetic high temperature oil. Good up to 600F. Use on chains, slides and bearings, etc. this amazing formula cleans while it lubricates and will dissolve pre-existing residue on parts. Identical formulation is available in lighter viscosity as in HEATOL 600 LV and heavy ciscosity as in HEATOL 600HV. These 3 products are also available in a non-drip additive formula as in HEATOL 600ND, HEATOL 600 LVND, HEATOL 600 HVND. Available in 1 and 6 gal.

HEATOL 601 is a viscous, synthetic high temperature fluid of honey-like consistency for use on chains, track and sliding mechanisms operating at temperature extremes of 600F. Fully formulated for anti-wear, rust & oxidation protection and corrosion resistance. No solid additives. Extremely slow evaporation rate for long term service. Available in 1 and 6 gal.

HEATOL 700 is a non viscous, non-sticky, synthetic fluid containing Molybdeum Disulfide carrier for excellent anti-wear, anti-corrosion and heat resistance of up to 700F. Excellent as a chain lubricant, this product will not attract dust.

HEATOL GEAR LUBE has been specially formulated as a gearbox lubricant. This green color lube will maintain nearly constant viscosity, well beyond accepted limits for proper hydrodynamic lubrication, up to 400F. At high temperatures, Gear Lube turns into a liquid, approximating the viscosity that of SAE 90 oil. This product is also available in a heavy duty formula as in HEATOL GEAR LUBE HD. Available in cartridges, 1 and 6 gallon pails.

HEATOL 7000 is a copper, MoS2 and graphite based high temperature self lubricating oil. Heatol 7000 evaporates quickly and is intended to be used as a dry lubricant that does not flake, drip or smoke. Excellent for use with chain and track as in oven conveyors, processing up to 700F +. It may also be used for other high temperature applications. Available in cartridges, 1 and 6 gallon pails.

WATER RESISTANT GREASES

WATEROL 100 is a state of the art, green colored, rust and corrosion, water, salt water, hot water and steam resistant lubricant. For use on all types of anti-friction bearings. Specially formulated to soften at high temperatures around 500F not separating itself, and will restore itself to its original constitution in temperature cool down. WATEROL is pumpable even at low temperatures of –15F. Available in cartridges, 1 and 6 gallon pails.

WATEROL 101 is a high quality, Molybdeum bases, water resistant lubricant with similar properties to Waterol 100. For use in both industrial and automotive applications. Waterol 101 is known for its excellent anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties. For use with high vibratory and shock loads. Extra resistant to salts, acids and alkalies. Available in cartridges, 1 and 6 gallon pails.

WATEROL 800 is a highly adhesive, tough water resistant lubricant, specifically designed to withstand “wash-outs” by forced fluids under pressure, such as hose streams. This product is Molybdeum free thus it is non-staining. It is used where a clean appearance is desired such as in paper, textile factories, etc. Available in cartridges, 1 and 6 gallon pails.

WATEROL 800 MO is used as an optimum protection, super water resistant lubricant. This Molybdeum based lubricant is used for severe water conditions. Highly adhesive in nature, it is resistant to high pressure “wash-out”. Sea water, salt spray and wastewater resistant. Highly effective as an anti-wear. 800 MO can be applied underwater. For use in water treatment facilities, marine, industrial, electrical and gas plants. Available in cartridges, 1 and 6 gallon pails.

WATEROL 100/SO is a soft bodied version of Waterol 100. Used for centralized lube systems calling for NLGI #0 or #00 lubricant. Recommended for manual lubrication down to –40F. Use on all high speed bearings up 10,000 rpm. Available in cartridges, 1 and 6 gallon pails.

WATEROL 101/SO is a soft bodied version of Waterol 101. Easier to pump. Used where specs call for a NLGI #1 lubricant. Recommended where Molybdeum is desired for exceptional anti-wear. For use from –40F to 500F +. Use on all anti-friction bearings up to 8,000 rpm. Available in cartridges, 1 and 6 gallon pails.

WATEROL 800/SO is a softer bodied version of Waterol 800. This tacky grease retains the tenacity and resistance to forceful washout that characterizes 800. Recommended for temperatures from –10F to 500F + on high speed bearings, 1 and 6 gallon pails.

HIGH TEMPERATURE LUBRICANTS

BURNOL 400 is a silicon free lubricant, designed for use on all types of bearings operating at temperatures of up to 400F and speeds of 2300 rpm. Excellent as an all purpose high temp lubricant. Burnol 400 has been formulated with synthetic thickeners to provide a controlled bleed at high temperatures. This bleed has been designed as a safety feature that allows for expansion and relieves pressure against the seals. This product assures free flow through feed lines located in heat zones. Available in cartridges, 1 and 6 gal. pails.

BURNOL 425ND has been specially designed as a tough, non-drip lubricant for operating temperatures of up to 425F. This non-melting lubricant provides excellent anti-rust, anti-corrosion protection and can be used on high loads, low speed bearings. Available in cartridges, 1 and 6 gal. pails.

BURNOL 600 is a high temperature, non carbonizing, non-melting, state of the art lubricant. Recommended for use on high speed bearings only (up to 10,000 rpm) with operating temperatures between 500F to 600F. Highly effective with high speed spindles. Burnol 700 is not recommended for slow speed bearings. Available in cartridges, 1 and 6 gal. pails.

BURNOL 700 is a heavy duty, non-melting, non carbonizing, Molybdeum based high temperature lubricant. This product has been specially formulated for use in low speed bearings with high temperatures of up to 700 degrees. Excellent for high loads with high pressure applications. Available in cartridges, 1 and 6 gal. pails.

BURNOL 1258 is a Molybdeum based, anti-wear, very high temperature lubricant. This product will subliminate cleanly in the 600F to 700F range. Burnol 1258 has a minimum melting point of 1258F for extreme pressure protection at extreme temperatures. Available in cartridges, 1 and 6 gal. pails.

NON TOXIC LUBRICANTS FDA & USDA REQUIRED

NOTOX 100 has been specially formulated as a non-melting grease for use where accidental food contact might occur. This clear, colorless, odorless and tastefree lubricant can be used for plain and anti-friction bearings. Hundreds of applications. Operational temperature range is from 10F to 325F.

NOTOX 200 is a clear, colorless, tasteless and odorless water resistant lubricant, designed for use in wet conditions. May be pumped for use…central lube systems. Operational temperatures range up to 325F. Available in NLGI grade #1 or #2 as in NOTOX 200/NL1 and NOTOX 200/NL2.

NON TOXIC OILS FDA & USDA REQUIRED

NOTOXOIL LV is a light viscosity oil, designed as an anti-wear protection with superior adhesion to metal parts and excellent rust and corrosion preventive properties. May be used as a general purpose oil lube on pumps, bearings, shafts, cams, slides, etc. Notoxoil is also available in medium viscosity and heavy viscosity as in NOTOXOIL MV and NOTOXOIL HV respectively. ELECTRIC CONDUCTIVE SOLVENT RESISTANT GREASES

SOLCAROL is a high strength, solvent resistant lubricant formulated with anti-rust, oxidation inhibitors and anti-wear protection. For all types of bearings, non-melting. Available in cartridge, 1 & 6 gal.

LECTORL is an electric conductive grease, for use in automatic welding lines or large scissor switches where electrical currents must pass. Molybdenum based gives excellent wear protection. 3uA@1.5V conductivity. Cartridge, 1 & 6 gallon pails.

          CLEANERS/DEGREASERS

DRY CLEAN 100 is a non-conductive, quick drying, non-corrosive, non-staining, rapid evaporating, safety solvent degreaser and electric motor cleaner. It has been designed efficiently to remove grease and oil from parts and equipment. Clean while equipment is operating. Dry Clean 100 has excellent dielectric strengths of up to 32KV. Use on generators and alternators, printing equipment, auto parts, hand and power tools, engines, motors, etc. excellent for all types of industrial applications. Available in 16 oz. aerosols, 1 and 5 gals.

CITRA CLEAN is a bio-degradable, quick penetrating, non-corrosive and non-standing citurs based degreaser. Citra Clean will remove tough grease, oils, dirt, grime, and tar with ease. This product contains no CFCs has a neutral PH and deodorizes while it cleans. For use on concrete, tables, glass, mirrors, masonry surfaces, tile, etc. Citra Clean is environmentally safe and can be used anywhere. This product is available in 15 oz. aerosols.

GREASE OFF is a specially formulated solvent degreaser used to remove grease and oil form engines, motors and machinery. Strong enough to clean tar and asphalt form painted surfaces without harming the paint.
