Thermally Conductive Epoxies

THERMOLOX 701A – This thermally conductive epoxy has a simple 1:1 epoxy ratio and is filled with a blend of Aluminum Nitride giving it a centipoise of 40,000 coating. With a thermal conductivity rating of 8.5 (Btu-in/hr-ft2-F) and a Volume Resistivity of 1.0x1015. Can be cured at room temperature for 48 hours or 2 hours at 200F.

THERMOLOX 707A – This thermally conductive epoxy is filled with a blend of aluminum particles giving it a centipoise of 11,000. With a thermal conductivity rating of 12.5 (Btu-in/hr-ft2-F) and a Volume Resistivity of 1.0x105. Curing is 24 hours at room temperature plus 2 hours post cure at 200F.

THERMOLOX 709A – 1:1 epoxy system in a paste grade. A thermally conductive epoxy is filled with a blend of aluminum particles. With a thermal conductivity rating of 9.0 (Btu-in/hr-ft2-F) and a Volume Resistivity of 1.0x105. Curing is 48 hours at room temperature or 2 hours post cure at 200F.

THERLEC 487P – This unique product is an electrically & thermally conductive adhesive. Highly filled with a proprietary blend of Nickel particles to allow continuous high service temperatures up to 1050F. This single component has a mixed viscosity of around 23,000 cP. Curing is at 2 hours at room temperature and 2 hours at 200F. Thermal Conductive Rating is 2.6 W/m-K. Volume Resistivity is rated at 0.005 ohm-cm. This can be used in several challenging areas where thermal and electrical conductivity are a concern during the use of adhesives.

THERLEC 487C – This one component electrically and thermally conductive coating exhibits a Volume Resistivity of 0.005 ohm-cm and a Thermal Conductivity rated at 2.6 W/m-K. A long awaited coating that was designed as a brush on or a spray coating on a wide range of electronic and electrical components. Made with a proprietary blend of Nickel particles, this one component coating requires a cure of 2 hours at room temperature and 2 hours at 200F. Temperature Rating: 1050F. (Same product as Therlec 487P but in a coating version).

THERLEC 486P – An innovative, high temperature, paste grade with resistance to temperatures up to 1750F. Electrically & thermally conductive. It is predominantly used in various challenging thermal and electrically conductive components. This one component has a volume resistivity of 0.0002 ohm-cm with a Thermal Conductivity (W/m-K) of 9.1. Silver Particle is the filler blend used to make this product. Product cure: 2 hours at room temperature and 2 hours at 200F

THERLEC 486C – This is a coating version of Therlec 486P with resistance to temperatures up to 1750F. I This one component (Electrically & thermally conductive )has a volume resistivity of 0.0002 ohm-cm with a Thermal Conductivity (W/m-K) of 9.1. Made with high grade Silver particles. Brush or Spray application. Cure Schedule: 2 hours at room temperature/30 min at 480F.
