Electrically Conductive Epoxies

THERLEC 487P – This unique product is an electrically & thermally conductive adhesive. Highly filled with a proprietary blend of Nickel particles to allow continuous high service temperatures up to 1050F. This single component has a mixed viscosity of around 23,000 cP. Curing is at 2 hours at room temperature and 2 hours at 200F. Thermal Conductive Rating is 2.6 W/m-K. Volume Resistivity is rated at 0.005 ohm-cm. This can be used in several challenging areas where thermal and electrical conductivity are a concern during the use of adhesives.

THERLEC 487C – This one component electrically and thermally conductive coating exhibits a Volume Resistivity of 0.005 ohm-cm and a Thermal Conductivity rated at 2.6 W/m-K. A long awaited coating that was designed as a brush on or a spray coating on a wide range of electronic and electrical components. Made with a proprietary blend of Nickel particles, this one component coating requires a cure of 2 hours at room temperature and 2 hours at 200F. Temperature Rating: 1050F. (Same product as Therlec 487P but in a coating version).

THERLEC 486P – An innovative, high temperature, paste grade with resistance to temperatures up to 1750F. Electrically & thermally conductive. It is predominantly used in various challenging thermal and electrically conductive components. This one component has a volume resistivity of 0.0002 ohm-cm with a Thermal Conductivity (W/m-K) of 9.1 . Silver Particle is the filler blend used to make this product. Product cure: 2 hours at room temperature and 2 hours at 200F

THERLEC 486C – This is a coating version of Therlec 486P with resistance to temperatures up to 1750F. I This one component (Electrically & thermally conductive )has a volume resistivity of 0.0002 ohm-cm with a Thermal Conductivity (W/m-K) of 9.1. Made with high grade Silver particles. Brush or Spray application. Cure Schedule: 2 hours at room temperature/30 min at 480F.

LECTROLOX 200S – Originally invented in 1999, this electrically conductive silver particle based, paste grade epoxy is a two component with a temperature rating of 370F continuous and 410F intermittent. Volume Resistivity: 0.005 ohm-cm and 0.4 W/m-K Thermal Conductivity. Cure Rate at 100F for 2 hours. 55000 Cp viscosity. Color: Beige

LECTROLOX 201N – This 2 component nickel based epoxy is an electrically conductive paste with a temperature rating of 370F continuous and 410F intermittent. Used in specialized applications where a nickel based is required. This paste has a Volume Resistivity of 0.025 (ohm-cm) with a Thermal Conductivity of 0.5 (W/m-k). Color is Gray.

LECTROLOX 202S – 2 Component epoxy paste is yet another Silver based formulation made as a premier electrically conductive epoxy system with a continuous temperature resistance to 400F with an intermittent rating of 490F. This silver colored paste has a Volume Resistivity of 0.0001 (or less) (ohm-cm) with a Thermal Conductivity of 2.2 (W/m-k). Used for applications that require a silver paste grade with a shore hardness of 91. Cured for 2 hours at 200F.

LECTOROLOX 203S – Screen printable. 2 Component epoxy paste is yet another Silver based formulation made as an electrically conductive epoxy system with a continuous temperature resistance to 460F and an intermittent temperature of 580F. This epoxy has been designed to be screen printable. This silver colored paste has a Volume Resistivity of <0.0004 (ohm-cm) with a Thermal Conductivity of 3.5 (W/m-k). Used for applications that requires a silver paste grade with a shore hardness of 87. Cured for 2 hours at 300F

LECTROLOX 205SLV – A specialized two part silver filled, electrically conductive epoxy designed as a low viscosity grade (4000 cp) with a temperature rating of 350F continuous and 385F intermittent. This epoxy has a Volume Resistivity of 0.0008 (ohm-cm) with a Thermal Conductivity of 2.2 (W/m-k) providing a shore hardness of 85. Can be cured at room temperature for 24 hours or for 2 hours at 200F.

LECTROLOX 207S – A highly filled silver based, 2 part epoxy paste that is used where electrically conductive epoxies are required. This simple 1:1 ratio has a 36,000 cP viscosity and can also be cured at room temperature for 24 hours to achieve functional cure. Speed cure at 200F at 2 hours is also another option. Continuous temperature resistance to 350F and can handle temperature spikes to 385F. This silver colored paste has a Volume Resistivity of 0.0009 (ohm-cm) with a Thermal Conductivity of 2.2 (W/m-k) providing a shore hardness of 85

LECTROLOX 208S – A finer blend of silver particle paste used where electrical and thermal properties are a must. This one component has a Volume Resistivity of 0.01 (ohm-cm) with a thermal conductivity of 1.9 (W/m-K). A temperature rating of 350F continuous and 385F intermittent.
