MASONRY COATINGS/SEALERS

 WALL-SEAL (WALLTEC) 1000 is a one component, cement based masonry coating that is heavy bodied so it fills in voids, pores, cracks and smooths out rough concrete and block. It assures complete protection against moisture penetration. Wall-Seal permits the wall to “breathe” thus it will not peel or chip off, if properly applied. Interior and exterior use. Above and below grade. Seals water and dampness in brick, stucco, gunite and unglazed terracotta. Leakproofs all masonry containers that hold water – swimming pools, cisterns, septic tanks, water pools and reservoirs. This provides an excellent leak protection for basement walls. Just add water and apply.

Mason Bond (provided in the kit) with Wall-Seal powder and apply.

DECOTEX 1000 is a heavy bodied, one component, textured masonry coating intended for beautifying, decorating and waterproofing. It fills in voids, pores, cracks and smooths out rough concrete and block. It assures complete protection against moisture penetration. DECOTEX 2000 is a heavy bodied, two component, textured masonry coating intended for beautifying, decorating and waterproofing. Mix DecoBond additive (provided in the kit) with Deco Tex 2000 powder and apply. 3 standard colors available.

NU-WALL 2000 is a finely grated cemetitious powder containing iron which acts as an oxidizable promoting agent. When Nu-Wall is mixed with water, it causes the iron additive to rust and expand in size. This expansion closes the pores of the cementitious surface to which it is applied and prevents water penetration. Nu-Wall 2000 is used for coating tanks, swimming pools, elevator pits and shafts, floors, basement foundations and all masonry surfaces that require intense protection. Nu-Wall 2000 can withstand hydrostatic water pressure caused by a high water cable.

ASPHACOAT M-100 is a mastic asphalt based, damp proofing compound, to protect concrete structures against water penetration and moisture. Asphacoat M-100 is primarily used for damp proofing above grade applications, such as parapets, copings, retaining walls, exterior roof access, etc.

ASPHACOAT M-200 is a mastic asphalt based, damp proofing compound to protect concrete structures against water penetration and moisture. Asphacoat M-200 is primarily used for damp proofing below grade applications, such as structural walls and exterior basement walls.

WATERTIGHT PRIMER is a one component, bituminous primer coating for all concrete and masonry surfaces above or below grade. Watertight Primer is to be used in conjunction with Watertight 1000, Watertight 2000, Watertight 3000 and Watertight 4000.

WATERTIGHT 1000 is a one component, heavy bodied, bituminous coating, which acts as a permanent water barrier, to water under pressure or surfaces that come in contact with water continuously. Watertight 1000 is used for above grade waterproofing prior to application of plaster, stucco, marble, stone, etc. it can also be used for below grade applications, such as structural walls. Watertight Primer is recommended for better adhesion.

WATERTIGHT 2000 is a one component, brush grade, heavy bodied bituminous coating, which acts as a permanent water barrier to water under pressure or surfaces that come in contact with water continuously. Watertight 2000 is used for below grade waterproofing applications such as coating of copings, silos, retaining walls, foundations, walls, concrete tanks, etc. watertight Primer is recommended for better adhesion.

WATERTIGHT 3000 is a one component, trowel grade, heavy bodied bituminous coating, which acts as a permanent water barrier to water under pressure or surfaces that come in contact with water continuously. Watertight 3000 is used for below grade waterproofing applications such as coating of copings, silos, retaining walls, foundations, walls, concrete tanks, etc. Watertight Primer is recommended for better adhesion.

WATERTIGHT 4000 is a one component, trowel grade, fiber enforced, heavy bodied bituminous coating, which acts as a permanent water barrier to water under pressure or surfaces that come in contact with water continuously. Watertight 4000 is used for below grade, high strength waterproofing applications similar to Watertight 3000.

MASON SEAL is a non-yellowing, one component sealer used for concrete, terrazzo, pre-cast, unglazed brick, clay tiles, and waterproofing membranes resistant to alkaline from fresh cement, acids, salts and stains. Due to its acrylic polymer formulation, Mason Seal forms a tenacious bond to concrete and thus acts as a good corrosion barrier against weather and harsh environments. Primarily used for exterior use. Mason Seal may be top-coated with regular paints.

MASON SEAL HP is a water based acrylic sealer formulated for use on exterior and interior masonry surfaces, such as clay brick, unglazed brick, mason block, pre-cast forms, stucco, exterior concrete walls etc. Mason Seal HP dries to a clear finish, which acts as a strong water and moisture barrier. This product will not discolor, due to UV light and is VOC compliant. This product is intended to be used with low pressure spraying equipment.

ELASTO-WALL is a rubberized, elastomeric, one component waterproofing compound, primarily used for porous concrete, brick, metal, wood, stone, clay brick, cinder blocks, concrete plinths, concrete pedestals, etc. primarily used for above grade protection. Elasto-Wall is a non-fading, non-yellowing and UV resistant coating. A special blend of fibers has been added to Elasto-Wall, thus producing a strong, durable and watertight protection against heat, cold, snow and rain. This product is non-toxic, easy to use and VOC compliant. Elasto-Wall may be applied in thicknesses of up to 50 mils. It may be brushed, rolled or sprayed. Elasto-Wall Primer is standard colors. Elasto-Wall Primer is recommended for better adhesion.

MASONTEC s a one component, easy to use, UV stable flexible, non-fading, water-based, VOC compliant, waterproofing compound. Formulated with a special blend of acrylic latex, Masontec provides good protection as a weather barrier for concrete, stucco, metal, wood, some plastics, stone, bricks, etc. Use Masontec Primer for better adhesion. Exterior use.

ANTI-ALGAE 100 is a VOC compliant, one part, water based acrylic coating, which has excellent mold, mildew, algae and moss resistance. Anti-Algae 100 has color retention as well as resistance to ultra violet degradation. Available in 48 standard colors, this product is excellent as a weather barrier against wind, rain, sun and snow. Anti-Algae 100 is a breathable coating which can be applied directly to all concrete, masonry and stucco. Available in smooth, fine and corse textures.

ANTI-ALGAE 200 is a VOC compliant, one part, elastomeric, flexible acrylic coating, which has excellent mold, mildew algae and moss resistance. Anti-Algae 200 has color retention as well as resistance to ultra violet degradation. 48 colors. Excellent weather barrier for concrete, masonry and stucco. Available in smooth, fine and corse textures.

SILTEC-H7 is a unique cost effective, VOC compliant, water based formula, containing 7% modified silane, used as a clear, horizontal or vertically applied, penetrating silane sealer for long term protection to masonry, brick, natural stone, pre-cast concrete, driveways, sidewalks, patios and previously painted surfaces from water penetration.

SILTEC-H20 is a unique, cost effective, VOC compliant water based formula, containing 20% modified silane, used as a clear, horizontal or vertically applied, penetrating silane sealer for long term protection to masonry, brick, natural stone, pre-cast concrete, driveways, sidewalks, patios and previously painted surfaces from water penetration.

SILTEC-H40 is a unique, cost effective, VOC compliant, water based formula, containing 40% modified silane, used as a clear, horizontal or vertically applied, penetrating silane sealer for long term protection to masonry, brick, natural stone, pre-cast concrete, driveways, sidewalks, patios and previously painted surfaces from water penetration.

SILTEC-AG is an invisible, water based, anti-graffiti, one component coating, containing a special formulation of silicone polymers. Easy to use and VOC compliant, Siltec-AG protects against all common forms of graffiti, such as spray paints and markers. A high pressure blast of more than 1500 psi is sufficient enough to remove graffiti.

SILTEC-2P has been developed primarily for concrete block, split-faced block, fluted block, light-weight block, cylinder block and all other vertical porous surfaces from long-term weather protection. VOC compliant and water based.

SILTEC-OWR is another unique invention designed as a water based, one component, clear sealer. Siltec-OWR is formulated to repel water and oils form all masonry, brick, stucco and concrete surfaces. OWR does not dry to a clear finish but will maintain the substrates original appearance.

SILTEC-SB20 is a specially formulated, one component, 20% modified silane solvent, based to protect concrete, masonry, brick, stucco and natural stone surfaces form water and chloride ion penetration.

SILTEC-SB40 is a specially formulated, one component, 40% modified silane solvent, based to protect concrete, masonry from water and chloride ion penetration.

SEALRANE is a one component, water based, easy to apply, clear urethane protective coating for horizontal, concrete and masonry surfaces. Sealrane has superb chemical and abrasion resistance thus it forms a strong weather, chemical and stain barrier and it will not discolor when exposed to the environment of UV rays. Excellent resistance to gasoline, motor oil, 6% NaOH and 5% H₂SO₄. Apply using brush or roller.
