GUN GRADES SEALANTS

E.M.P. RTV SILICONE is a multi purpose, single component, Acetoxy grade adhesive sealant that adheres to most surfaces. It cures in 24 hours to a rubber like composition. It can be used for instant gasketing, sealing, weatherproofing, bonding, insulating, caulking, encapsulating, filling leveling and coating. Shrink, crack, weather, chemical, moisture mildew, sag and shock resistant. E.M.P. RTV can withstand temperatures from –85F to 475F. Available in clear, white, blue, aluminum, black and red.

E.M.P. RTV HIGH TEMP is a one component, gun grade, high temperature silicone. It can be used for instant gasketing, sealing, weatherproofing, bonding, insulating, caulking, encapsulating, filling, leveling and coating. Shrink, crack, weather, chemical, moisture mildew, sag and shock resistant. This product will resist maximum temperatures of up to 500F and intermittent temperatures of up to 600F

E.M.P. RTV NON-CORROSIVE is a high quality, one component, clear RTV Silicone, which has been formulated with special synthetic additives for electrical applications requiring a neutral curing sealant. This RTV is manufactured for applications that require non-corrosive properties in a silicone. Excellent for bonding aluminum, steel, concrete, mortar, plastic, ceramics, etc. Temperature resistant up to 400F with 450F intermittent.

E.M.P. URETHANE SEALANT is a one component, gun-grade, highly chemical resistant, urethane based sealant. This product has fantastic adhesion properties to blast plastics, masonry, concrete, wood, aluminum, copper, brass, etc. It cures to a tough, waterproof, weatherproof and impact resistant rubber like material. This product is recommended for forming expansion joints, installing automobile windshields, installing skylights, sealing gutters, duct work and general waterproofing. Operating temperature is –40F to 180F.

CHEMRANE SEALANT is a heavy duty, one component urethane sealant. This tough gun grade sealant can be used for sealing and waterproofing various roofing applications, e.g. valleys, ridges, penetrations, bonding metal flashings. Aluminum siding, sealing chimneys, coping joints and gutters. Chemrane Sealant bonds tenaciously to a variety  of substrates like wood, glass, concrete, metal, brick and plastic. Operating temperature is –40F to 180F.

CHEMRANE 2-PACK is a two component, gun grade polyurethane sealant. This state of the art product is the best two component urethane sealant available in the market. It has extraordinary adhesion and cohesion, is long lasting, resists deterioration caused by weather, stress, movement, water, oils and many chemicals. This two part sealant bonds without a primer to many materials such as concrete, wood, glass, metal, brick and plastic. Can be used in temperatures from 40F to 150F. Excellent for forming expansion joints, curtain wall construction, panel walls, sealing pre-cast units, permanent window caulking and exterior insulation walls. It can also be used for various roofing applications.

CHEMRANE ELASTOMERIC 2-PACK is a two component, gun grade, synthetic rubber joint sealant, polysulfide epoxy compound. Chemrane Elastomeric has excellent elongation and tensile strength. It has excellent color retention and can be applied to vertical and overhead surfaces. Excellent as a joint sealant, caulk exterior pre-cast panels, curtain and window wall construction joints, foundation, tunnels, anchorages, silos, tanks, reservoirs and pools.

CAULK-ALL is a unique one component, general purpose, gun grade, acrylic caulk. Easy to apply and dries in 30 minutes. May be painted over. Excellent for filling joints between walls, woodwork, baseboards, doorways, window frames, patching wall cracks, bathtubs, vanities, air ducts, etc. Also available in a styrene butadiene rubber SBR based caulking (SUPER CAULK SBR).
