ELASTOCOAT 9000 EPOXY is a high quality, 2 component, no-odor abrasion and chemical resistant, 100% solids epoxy floor coating that is currently being used as a norm for all types of industrial floors. This highly durable floor coating provides a high gloss, easy to clean flooring system. Easy to use, just mix, pour and spread. This self-leveling, seam-less floor is lightly flexible, making it chip resistant. This flexibility allows for floor movements as well as superb shock resistance. Elastocoat may be used in conjuction with Lava-Grit 200 to produce an anti-slip coating. To produce higher chemical resistance, top coat with Chemithane Epoxy. For use in chemical rooms, battery rooms, power gens, gas facilities, docks, warehouses, meat & beverage factories, hospitals, etc. available in 15 standard colors and packaged in easy to use 3 gallon kits.

LAVA-GRIT 100 is a quartz grit that is either broadcasted or mixed with Elastocoat Epoxy to provide a superior anti-skid coating. Prevents falls and injury. Super shock resistant, Lava-Grit 100 may also be used where there is heavy pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

LAVA-GRIT 200 is a similar quartz to Lava-Grit 100 but is made of smaller sized quartz particles. Identical to Lava-Rock 100 in its usage properties.

CHEMITHANE EPOXY is a high chemical and stain resistant, high gloss, epoxy top coat designed to provide extra chemical protection for laid down epoxy floor coatings.

CHEMICOAT EPOXY is a rapid curing, superior chemical and heat resistant floor coating. Superior chemical resistance up to be used as a top coat or as an anti-skid epoxy system. 15 colors available.

WELD SHOP EPOXY (Flat black) is a high strength, non reflective, flat black epoxy for coating walls and floors in welding shops.

ELASTOCOAT 800 is a versatile 2 component epoxy coating that can be used as a primer, base and top coat. This product may be used with quartz broadcast and aggregate, as an epoxy mortar and as a trowelable self-leveling epoxy flooring.

ELASTOCOAT 1000 CC(Cold cure) is a 2 component, high strength, chemical resistant epoxy coating that can be utilized at cold temperatures. This rapid curing formula may be used as a top coat and base coat, with aggregate as an epoxy mortar or as a trowelable self-leveling epoxy flooring.

ELASTOCOAT 2000 WC (Water Clear) is another high quality, water clear, high abrasive and chemical resistant epoxy coating, formulated to be used as a top coat for all Decorpoxy (quartz) and Elastocoat epoxy coatings. This product may be used in warmer temperatures when requiring a longer pot life.

ELASTOCOAT 3000 DC (Damp Coat) is a 2 component epoxy coating that can be used as a floor primer as well as the base coat. Elastocoat 3000 has been scientifically designed to adhere tenaciously to damp surfaces.

DIAMOND SHIELD is a high strength, 2 part transparent (may be colored) epoxy coating designed especially for sealing new or existing concrete floors. It cures to a super hard, smooth, glossy coating. Diamond Shield is resistant to abrasion, gasoline, oil, and grease. When applied to concrete, this product penetrates deep into the pores to seal and proofing. Excellent coating for dust proofing. Excellent for plant floors, warehouses, machine shops, hangers, chemical rooms, etc.

ELASTCOAT PRIMER is a 2 component, low-odor, non-flammable, clear, water based epoxy primer for use with all Decorpoxy and Elastocoat systems. It penetrates into the concrete giving a “ready to coat” floor with an epoxy of choice.

ELASTOCOAT DAMP PRIMER is a 2 component epoxy designed as a damp primer. This coating has been formulated to bond tenaciously to damp surfaces, ready for a choice of epoxy.

ELASTOCOAT OIL PRIMER  is a 2 component epoxy designed to adhere to oil soaked concrete surfaces. Many industrial facilities have oil soaked floors that cannot accept epoxy coatings due to lack of adhesion. Elastocoat Oil Primer solves this problem. Used as a primer, it penetrates into the concrete giving a “ready to coat” floor with an epoxy of choice.

CORROPOXY is a 2 component, non-ambering, polyester based epoxy formulated with a urethane based carrier. Easy to mix, UV resistant, fast curing, chemical and stain resistant, Corropoxy is usually applied as a final top coat to all E.M.P. epoxy flooring systems. May also be used as a chemical resistant, non-dusting epoxy for concrete and wood floors.

POLYSHIELD 2600 is a one component, cost effective, moisture curing, aromatic, polyurethane modified coating. 2600 is recommended where a tough urethane based coating is a necessity. Use as a top coat for all E.M.P. epoxy coatings, a general concrete and wood sealer. Not recommended for exterior use or where UV light comes in contact with this product.

POLYSHEILD 2700 is a one component, moisture curing, UV resistant, alpphatic polyurethane modified coating. 2600 is recommended where a tough urethane based coating is a necessity. Use as a top coat for all E.M.P. epoxy coatings, a general concrete and wood sealer.

HI-PROTHANE EPOXY is a 2 component, high performance, chemical, abrasion, stain and UV resistant, clear epoxy coating. It has been scientifically designed as an exterior epoxy. Designed to retain its gloss longer than aliphatic urethanes and other epoxies. Used as a decorative quartz coating.

DECORPOXY BM 1000 uses the state of the art, no odor, 100% solids epoxy bottom and top coat systems. Over hundreds of color variations, DECORPOXY BM 1000 uses a special blend of finely graded colored quarts to produce a tough, easy cleaning, skid resistant, decorative, seamless coating. Can be applied to concrete, quarry, tiles, steel, etc. This product may be top coated with Chemithane Epoxy for superior chemical resistance. Excellent for all types of industrial applications – warehouses, showrooms, refineries, machine shops, docks, beverage plants, electric and gas facilities, etc.

DECORPOXY TM 2000 is a high quality, heavy duty, decorative, no odor, clear 100% solids, trowel applied epoxy flooring system. TM 2000 contains a special blend of colored quartz and quartz powder to produce a seamless durable floor coating. Generally applied from 1/8” to 2”, TM2000 can be used to level old uneven floors and protect and beautify new floors. With high abrasive and chemical resistance, this product can be used on all types of industrial applications. This product may be top coated with Chemithane Epoxy for superior chemical resistance. Excellent for all types of industrial applications – warehouses, showrooms, refineries, machine shops, docks, meat & beverage plants, electric facilities, etc.

DÉCOR-QUARTZ (Aggregate) is manufactured specially for use with all Decorpoxy Coatings. Décor-Quartz is available in base colors of red, green, buff, brown, tan, white, yellow, gray, blue, aqua marine, dark tan, light gray, coral, pink, khaki, jade and royals. Other colors can be manufactured according to specifications. Décor-Quartz are very hard quartz granules combined with excellent chemical resistance to acids, solvents, oils and plant chemicals.
